Soon as Quinn and Seeker of the Vengeance step upon a planet they get warm welcome from ARM member. Since he's protected by stasis field you first priority should be to disable that field. Afterwards switch to Seeker or Quinn and just shoot that unfriendly blighter with a blaster.
