Introduction

This solution for the "Chinese Checkers Puzzle", in fact an ordinary "Solitaire Game", starts of with a set of moves thats is repeated four times. Afterwards, a walkaround is performed, resulting in a very elementary setup of 5 pieces that can easily be solved.

It seems to me that using a returning pattern of moves is the most logical way to solve this puzzle.

The notation of the moves will be given in the following format:

"4-5 D"

meaning "4th row-5th column Down".

The four direction symbols used are:

Notice that not all row and column combinations are possible.

The first move

Start position				    O O O
					    O O O
					O O O O O O O
					O O O . O O O
					O O O O O O O
					    O O O
					    O O O

First move : 2-4 D	Result ==>	    O O O
					    O . O
					O O O . O O O
					O O O O O O O
					O O O O O O O
					    O O O
					    O O O

Four times the same pattern

First time :  3-2 R	Result ==>	    . . .
	      1-3 D			    . . O
	      4-3 U			O . O O O O O
	      1-5 L			O O . O O O O
	      1-3 D			O O O O O O O
					    O O O
					    O O O

Second time : 6-3 U	Result ==>	    . . .
	      5-1 R			    . . O
	      5-4 L			. . O O O O O
	      3-1 D			. O O O O O O
	      5-1 R			. . O . O O O
					    . O O
					    O O O

Third time :  5-6 L	Result ==>	    . . .
	      7-5 U			    . . O
	      4-5 D			. . O O O O O
	      7-3 R			. O O O . O O
	      7-5 U			. . O O O . O
					    . O .
					    . . .

Fourth time : 2-5 D	Result ==>	    . . .
	      3-7 L			    . . .
	      3-4 R			. . O . O . .
	      5-7 U			. O O O O O .
	      3-7 L			. . O O O . .
					    . O .
					    . . .

A walkaround and the final moves

Walk around : 5-4 R	Result ==>	    . . .
	      5-6 U			    . . .
	      3-6 L			. . . . . . .
	      3-4 L			. . O O O . .
	      3-2 D			. . . O . . .
	      5-2 R			    . O .
					    . . .

Final moves : 4-4 R	Result ==>	    . . .
	      6-4 U			    . . .
	      4-3 R			. . . . . . .
	      4-6 L			. . . O . . .
					. . . . . . .
					    . . .
					    . . .
