Gabriel Knight-The Beast Within

The following is a basic walkthu. The following steps are needed to complete a chapter, there are more places and items to explore please feel free to do so. Some of these steps need to be done in order.

Chapter 1

Huber Farm-Gabriel's Room (Lochham)
1. Get the tape recorder, wallet, knife, letters and notbook out of the bag on the floor (make sure you read all the letters).
2. Read the news paper on the table.
3. Click on the paper on the table to write a letter to Grace.
4. Read the note on the wall, that is left of the door.
5. Get the car keys off the mirror to the right of the door.

Huber Farm-outside (Lochham)
1. Look at paw print on the ground by the water troth.
2. Go to the woods and look on the ground and get the hair.
3. Go to the storage room by the right of the car. Click on the stick on the shelf (this will let you make the cement).
4. Then go back and pour the cement on the paw print.
5. Then go to the paw print one more time and pick it up.

Police Station (Prinzregenterpltz)
1. Try to get the officer to let you see the detective on the case.

Zoo (Thalkinchen)
1. Read the sign to the right.

Marienplate
1. Go to the postoffice on Diererstrasse and mail the letter to Grace.
2. Go to the Ritter lawyers office Ubergrau's and talk to him.

Biology Lab (Universitat)
1. Give the Hair and the paw print to the lab tech.

Zoo (Thalkinchen)
1. Look at both the wolves to the right.
2. Try to get the wolves to come to you.
3. Talk to the man standing there (thomas).
4. Then go to the administrative building and talk to Herr Dokro Hlingmenn.

Huber Farm-Gabriel's Room (Lochham)
1. Slice the tape together the tape should read (Thomas? Herr Dokro Hlingmenn here. Show our wolves to Mr. Knight.)

Zoo (Thalkinchen)
1. Go to Herr Dokro Hlingmenn office and get the receipt out of His coat pocket.
2. Use the slice tape on the walkie talkie, on Herr Dokro Hlingmen desk.
3. Get the hair off the wolf.

Huber Farm-Gabriel's Room (Lochham)
1. Use the receipt on the mirror.

Biology Lab (Universitat)
1. Give the wolf hair to the lab tech.

Marienplate
1. Talk to the lawyer Ubergrau's.
2. Go to the hunting club on Diererstrasse and talk the man at the desk.
3. Go back and talk to the lawyer and get your family papers.
4. Then go back to the hunting club and give the man your family papers.

Chapter 2

Schloss Ritter Castle (Rittersberg)
1. Have Grace go down the stairs and talk to Gerde.
2. Go outside and click on the car.
3. Go back in the castle and try to get the car keys from Gerde.

Rittersberg Town Square (Rittersberg)
1. Go to Gasthof Goldener Lowe and talk to the man at the bar.
2. Talk to the man at the Rittersberg Rathaus.

Schloss Ritter Castle-Gabriel's Bedroom (Rittersberg)
1. Click on the fireplace then click on the tool box and get the screwdriver.
2. Click up, you will see a hole in the brick on the fireplace, use the screwdriver on the hole.
3. Open the closet and go through the passageway.
4. Go to the right of the passageway, to enter Gerde's bedroom.
5. Open the closet in Gerde's bedroom and get the key hanging on the hook.
6. Open the closet once more and go back into Gabriel's bedroom and use the key on the Library door.

Schloss Ritter-Library (Rittersberg)
1. Click on the center bookshelf and then click on the right bookshelf.
2. Read both books and the letter.
3. Click on the left bookshelf and then click on the right bookshelf and read the book.
4. Use the Yale University Card on the phone.
5. Click on the typewriter to write a letter to Gabriel.
6. Give the package to Gerde in the main hall to get the address.

Rittersberg Town Square (Rittersberg)
1. Go to Gesthof Goldener Lowe and talk to the man at the bar.
2. Talk to the man at the Rittersberg Rathaus.
3. Look through the window in the dungeon.
4. Go back and talk to the man at the Rittersberg Rathaus.
5. Go to the church and give the Priest the note from the man at the Rittersberg Rathaus.
6. Go back and talk to the man at the Rittersberg Rathaus.
7. Give the package to the women at the post office then give her your wallet.

Chapter 3

Huber Farm-Gabriel's Room (Lochham)
1. Read the news paper on the table.
2. Read the business card from Baron Frieddrich Von Glower.

Marienplate
1. Go to the Cuckoo Clock Shop and click on the clock that is on the counter to the left of the man.
2. Give your wallet to the man to pay for the clock.
3. Go to the crime scene street on Dienerstrasse.
4. Click on the detective Leber he is on the case.
5. Give the detective Leber the analyze report.
6. Give the analyze report to the news reporter.
7. Go to the Hunting Club front hall and talk to the man.
8. Go to the Hunting Club back hall and try to open both doors.
9. Use the clock on the plant in the Hunting Club back hall then quickly walk back to the Hunting Club front hall and wait until the man leaves, then get the key out of the table drawer.
10. Go back to the back hall and use the key on the basement door.
11. Get the cuckoo clock from the plant, then use the cuckoo clock on the plant once more and quickly walk back to the front hall and wait until the man leaves, to place the keys in the drawer.
12. Go back to the back hall and open the basement door.
13. Look at the wall and look on the counter.
14. Look at the book that is on the counter then look at the pictures on the wall to the right.
15. Talk to the man in the chair.
16. Go to your Lawyer's Ubergrau's office to get the package from Grace.
17. Open the package and read the letter from Grace and the book on werewolves.
18. Talk to your Lawyer Ubergrau's.

Police Station (Prinzregenterpltz)
1. Talk to Detective Leber.
2. Look at the map on the wall.
3. Use your notebook on the address that is on the map to the right.

Huber Farm-Gabriel's Room (Lochham)
1. Click on the paper on the table, to write a letter to Grace.
2. Use Grossberg's phone number on the phone.

Von Glower's House (Periach)
1. Talk to Von Glower.

Marienplate
1. Talk to your Lawyer Ubergrau's.
2. Mail the letter to Grace at the postoffice on Dienerstrasse.
3. Go to the Hunting Club main hall.
4. Talk to the men at the bar.
5. Get the magazine by the two men setting in the chairs.
6. Combined the magazine with the tape recorder.
7. Place the tape recorder on the table where the two men are setting.

Chapter 4

Rittersberg Town Square (Rittersberg)
1. Go to Gasthof Goldener Lowe and talk to the man at the bar then talk to the Smith's at the table.
2. Go to the postoffice and get the letter from Gabriel.
3. Go to the tomb in St. Georg Church and click on Gerde three times.

Schloss Ritter-Library (Rittersberg)
1. Click on the bookshelf to the left to get the book on Ludwig II and read the book.
2. Go through the passageway in the closet then go down the stairs and get the followers to the right.

Rittersberg Town Square (Rittersberg)
1. Go to the tomb in St. Georg Church and give Gerde the flowers, she well give you the keys to the car.

Neuschwanstein
1. Click on the tour tape in the entry hall.
2. Click on the tour tape in the bedroom.
3. Click on the tour tape in the living room.
4. Click on the tour tape in the chapel.
5. Click on the tour tape in the Grotto.
6. Click on the tour tape in the Study.
7. Click on the tour tape in the Singer's Hall and look at the wolf painting.

Neushnanstein Museum
1. Talk to the women at the counter and buy a ticket to the museum.
2. Read all the displays in the entry room.
3. Read and look at all the displays in display rooms one and two.
4. Talk to the women at the counter twice.

Wagner Museum
1. Look at and read all the displays in all the rooms.
2. Talk to the man in the entry hall.

Rittersberg Town Square (Rittersberg)
1.Go to Gasthof Goldener Lowe and talk to the man at the bar then talk to the Smith's at the table.

Schloss Ritter-Library (Rittersberg)
1. Use the Yale University Card on the phone.
2. Use Joseph Dallmier number on the phone.

Starnberg's See
1. Go to the far left and click by the bench and then talk to Joseph Dallmier.

Schloss Ritter-Library (Rittersberg)
1. Talk to Gerde.
2. Use the Ludwig II book on the phone.
3. Use Thomas Ghaphill number on the phone.
4. Click on the typewriter to write a letter to Gabreil.

Rittersberg Town Square (Rittersberg)
1. Mail the letter to Gabriel at the postoffice.
2. Get the lillies from the side of St. Georg Church.

Starnberg's See
1. Go to the water to the far left and use the lillies on the water.

Rittersberg Town Square (Rittersberg)
1. Go to the postoffice and get the fax from Thomas Ghaphill.
2. Read the fax.

Wagner Museum
1. Give the man the fax.

Chapter 5

Marienplate
1. Go to the Hunting Club main hall and get your tape recorder off the table by the two chairs.
2. Go to your lawyer Ubergrau's office and get the letter from Grace.
3. Read the letter from Grace.
4. Talk to your lawyer Ubergrau's.
5. Give your lawyer Ubergrau's the tape of Von Zell.
6. Give the women at the sausage place your wallet.

Police Station (Prinzregenterpltz)
1. Talk to Detective Leber.
2. Give the tape of Von Zell to detective Leber.
3. Get the ledger off Leber desk.

Grossberg's Contact Dorn (Buchenau)
1. Talk to the man at the exotic animal kennel.

Marienplate
1. Go to your lawyer Ubergrau's and talk to him he well give you the money.

Grossberg's Contact Dorn (Buchenau)
1. Give the man at the exotic animal kennel the money.
2. Talk to the man.
3. Go to the cage to the far right.
4. Click on the stew at the bottom of the cage to the right.
5. Give the tiger the sausage.
6. Click on the bottom of the cage to the right to get the tags.

Marienplate
1. Go to the Hunting Club.

Hunting Lodge-Inside
1. Go to Aigner's bedroom and talk to him.
2. Go to Priess's bedroom and get the rope out of his closet.
3. When you are in Priess's bedroom go to the window and use the rope on the ledge.
4. Go into Von Zell's bedroom and look under the bethroom rug.
5. Take the letter out of the address book Von Zell's night table.
6. Go to Herr Dokro Klingmenn's bedroom and give him the wolf tags.
7. Go down stairs and get the small lantern out of the closet.
8. Talk to the man at the counter.

Hunting Lodge-Outside
1. Go to the stable and get the shears off the right wall.
2. When you are infront of the lodge go to the right of the computer screen and Look at the dirt on the ground.
4. Go to the right of the computer screen again, then come toward you on the computer screen, and once more toward you on the computer screen.
5. Look at the dirt on the ground.
6. Use the shears on the bushes to the right.

Hunting Lodge-Inside
1. Go to the fireplace and get the matches off the mantal.

Hunting Lodge-Outside
1. Go back to the cave in the woods and use the matches with the small lantern.

Hunting Lodge-Inside
1. Go talk to Von Glower in his bedroom.

Hunting Lodge-Outside (Woods-Wolf Attack)
1. So the wolf well not attack you, make sure you click on the necklace in your inventory, so you can see it on the screen when you are moving.
2. Move toward the wolf pushing him back, you need to try to get the wolf to the ledge in the woods.

1. Go to the Living Room and use the Merry water on the chair.
2. Go to the bedroom and get the opera out of the bottom of the wall by the chapal door.
3. Go to the Crotto and get the opera out of the bottom of the wall to the left.
4. Go to the Singer's Hall and use the bird on the arc door.
5. Click on the bottom of the painting to the right of the big wolf painting to get the opera.

Rittersberg Town Square (Rittersberg)
1. Go to the postoffice and get the letter for Gabriel and read it.
2. Go to Gasthof Goldener Lowe and talk to Miss. Smith.

Altotting
1. Read the sign on the display in the hall of the altotting.
2. Go to the priest office and give him the card.
3. In the chapel click on the alter.
4. Click on the box on the right side of the alter, in the chapel.
5. Click on the Madonna by the priest.

Rittersberg Town Square (Rittersberg)
1. Go to St. Georg Church and click on the silver heart twice in the tomb.

Schloss Ritter Castle (Rittersberg)
1. Talk to Gerde.

Rittersberg Town Square (Rittersberg)
1. Go to St. Georg Church and click on the silver heart in the tomb.

Altotting
1. Go to the priest office and give the priest the card.
2. Use the silver heart on the box by the right side of the alter in the chapel.
3. Open the door to the right.
4. Click on the chair, then click on the earn to get the opera.

Wittelsbacher Theater
1. In the foyer click on the desk to get the program.
2. Go to the basement and get the keys out of the fuse box.
3. Go to the prop room in the basement and get the sign.
4. Use the keys on the prop room door.
5. Go backstage and get the rope off the pin real.
6. Go to the auditorium and talk to the man.
7. Go to the office and get the letter and theater glasses off the table.
8. Read the letter.
9. Click on the board in the office to get the seating chart.
10. Talk to Gabriel.
11. Go down to the basement to the furnace room and open the furnace door.
12. Click on the cool to the right of the furnace.
13. Turn on the power switch on the furnace to Mattel.
14. Go to the spotlight room and look out the window.
15. Look at the chandelier diagram and click on the X
16. Look at the seating chart and click on the Mattel seats.
17. Go to the Mattel on the top floor in the center and click on the seats to the right.
18. Go to the spotlight room and click on the spotlight.
19. Turn on the spotlight.
20. Click on the handle of the spotlight and then move it to the Mattel seats.
21. Go to the auditorium and talk to the men hanging the chandeliers.
22. Talk to the man in the auditorium.
23. Go to the office and talk to Gabriel.
24. Give the seating chart to the usher.
25. Talk to Gabriel in the office.
26. Go to the office and get the dress.
27. Go to the spotlight room and use the theater glasses on the window.
28. Use the theater glasses once more.
29. Go to the Mattel door and put the rope on it.
30. Use the sign on the Mattel door.

Gabriel Knight
1. Click on the trunk in the prop room.
2. Use the knife on the vent, then go through the vent.
3. Get the black tape off the pin rail backstage.
4. Go to the dressing room and get the costume off the rack and put it on.
5. Click on the table and get the makeup.
6. Use the makeup on the mirror.
7. Hide behind the blinds.
8. Use the black tape on the man.
9. You are now a Wolf. The thing you most do here is to try to trap the black wolf in the furnace room. In order to do that you must close the doors behind you by clicking on the bottom of the doors.
10. When you are in the furnace room click on Grace.
11. Click on the furnace.
12. Click on yourself, you the grey wolf. This is for those poeple who do not know who they are.
13. Last thing you most do is to click on the Black Wolf (not yourself the Grey Wolf) in mid air.
