Mission 1: Running Interference (Expert)

Objectives: Basso has asked you to help him get his love, Jenivere out of the Rumford estate. You must clear a path for him. In addition, you must collect 600 in loot and 200 in gems. You are not allowed to kill anyone and you must score 8 knockouts.

Clearing a Path

Outside the estate

Basso has sprung the lock on the side door for you. Head east (toward the moon). Walk down the ramp and enter the side door. You are now in the butler's quarters.

Butler's Quarters

There are four stacks of coins in the first room sitting on a table. (L34). Exit into the next room. On a ledge next to the door on the left is a key. Use it to open this door. Enter the hallway. Head west and open the first door on your left. This is another butler's quarters.

2nd butler's quarters

In the back room is a chest with some coins (L5). Exit back to the hall. Head west down the hall. Stop when the hall curves right. Stay in the shadows. Around the corner is the guards station and there are two in there. Lean out and put out the torch with a water arrow. Now continue N-W down this hall until you reach the guard. Pickpocket him (L25) then knock him out (KO 1). Turn back and pass the first door on your left and enter the next room. This is the weapons room.

Weapons room

Walk into the back room and pick up the flashbomb and flares. Now crouch down and look under the shelf to your left. There is a switch. Flip it. This is your first secret 1. Inside this hiding place you'll find a healing potion, flashbomb, flare and some more loot. (L 50). Enter the guards quarters to the south and douse the torch.

Guards Qtrs

There are three chests in here with some coins. (L 15). Now quietly enter the guards station.

Guards Station

Knock out the guard closest to you (KO2) and then quickly flashbomb and knockout the second guard (KO3). Exit back into the hall. Head north to where you Ko'd the first guards. This is the storeroom. To your right is a door. Open it and stay in the shadow.

Kitchen

There is a servant wandering around in here. Wait for him to exit and then rush in toward the door he exited through. When he reenters pickpocket him (L 16) and then knock him out (ko4). Pick up the bag of coins on the table (L ). Now enter the little storage room to the west. Examine the wine rack carefully. There are 3 bottles (L 60). Crouch and look to your right. There is a speed potion. This is secret 2. Now exit this room and make a right. Move forward and the right down the little hall that ends in a dumb waiter. Ride up. There is a guard pacing back and forth. Grab his key. There are also 2 plates (L 100) and 2 goblets (L 50). Ride back down. Head to the door that the servant was walking in and out of. Enter the storage room and douse the torch. Open the next door and stay in the shadow. A guard paces back and forth. Wait for him to walk away from you and then knock him out (KO 5).

Servant area

Enter the first door on your right. Enter the second room on your right. There are 3 chests (L15). Exit back to the hall. Turn right and walk down the hall and then make another right at the opening. The first door on the right is Jenivere's room and you have just finished clearing a path. Head down the hall a little further and open the door to the left.

Store room

Walk into the next room and move the boxes out of the way. In the alter is a nugget (L100) and behind that in an alcove is another nugget (L50). Exit back to the hall. Continue down the hall again and enter the next room on the left. This is the housekeeping qrtrs.

Housekeeping area

Walk through the door right in front of you and pick up the sack of coins on the table (L 50). Exit back to the dining area. Go through the door to your left and climb the stairs.

2nd Floor

Walk to the end of this short hall and wait for a patrolling guard. Pickpocket him (L 40) and knock him out (KO 6). Now turn around and use your key on the metal door.

Bedroom

Stay in the shadow and when the guard starts walking away take his key and knock him out (KO 7). Climb the stairs and open the door to your left. There is a key on the dresser and if you crouch and look under the potted roses you'll find a hidden switch. This is secret 3. A panel opens above the bed revealing a tiara (L ). Now exit to the 2nd floor and out to the hall.

Head down the hall and open the second to the last door on your left. This is the music room.

Music room

There is a stack of coins (L 10) and a flute (L 50). Exit back to the hall. Enter the large room.

Great hall

Head toward the shadow to the right of the opening to the hall directly in front of you. Wait patiently for the guard to walk into the room and back down the hall. This could take 5 minutes. When he starts down the hall knock him out (KO8) then continue carefully down the hall. Another guard patrols a short route East to West. Stick to the shadows and then knock him out (KO9). Enter the parlor area.

Parlor

The first room on your left contains a goblet (L 50). The next room contains a goblet (L 50) on the shelf above the bed. Exit and then climb the stairs to the third floor. Open the door to your right and then enter the first room to right. On the table is a ring (L ). Exit back to the sitting room where you'll find a tiara (L ) sitting on a table on the other side of the room. Go back downstairs and out to the Great Hall.

Great Hall

Jump up onto the mantel of the fireplace. On the far right side hidden in a nook is a set of wedding rings. This is a bonus objective. Now head for the double doors that lead outside. Use one of your many keys to open the doors. Wait for the guard patrolling to pass and then very carefully sneak up behind the guard on the left then walk back and knock on the guard on the right. This can be done if you move slowly enough. Pick up this second guard and take him inside or the patrolling guard will see him and hunt you down. Wait again for the patrolling guard to pass then run out into the middle of the courtyard and pick up the plate (L 50) and goblet (L 50). Run back inside. Now walk down the stairs that lead to the kitchen. As you walk down the stairs look up and you'll see a ledge. Light a flare if you need to. On the left side there are 3 coins (L60). Jump up to grab them. Now head back out to where Basso is. Blow the birdcall and wait. When Basso emerges from the estate with Jenivere the mission is complete and we collected all the loot.

Mission 2: Shipping and Receiving (expert)

Objective: Redirect a shipment to your fence and pick up whatever extra loot you can get your hands on. You also need to pick up 5 bags of spice.

Equipment: An invisibility potion will come in handy.

Outside

You begin the mission on a stack of crates in front of Building A. To your left, a guard is standing in front of the front door so we'll have to go around back to get in. Another is patrolling E-W but won't get this far. Jump off the boxes and head South. Crawl through the opening in the boxes. Turn left and open the crate. There are 3 flares and a statue (15). Continue South into area 131 (marked on the map). Make a right turn. There is one guard patrolling E-W and another standing guard. Wait until the patrolling guard leaves the area then creep up next to the one standing guard. He won't see you. Walk up behind him. Pickpocket him and blackjack him. Quickly pick him up and put him in the shadows behind you. Now wait for the patrolling guard. Sneak up behind him as he walks away from you. Whack him and put him in the shadows also. Now continue east and turn the corner. There is a little hut here. Hide in the shadows. Two archers will come by. Whack them and hide them. Then continue on a little further north and you will here a conversation. When it ends run back to your spot by the hut. Wait for the guard. Blackjack him and hide him. Dante is still around the corner so make some noise and when he investigates blackjack him. Now enter the side door into Bldg A where Dante and the guard were chatting.

Inside Bldg A

Enter carefully. There is a patrolling guard. Walk down the hall and hide by the boxes. If the guard doesn't show up carefully walk up the steps and this should trigger him. Run back down to your hididng spot and then blackjack him. Walk up to the second floor and through the door. This is the main office. A key sits on the front desk here. Make a right here. Walk all the way east until you reach the office. Enter carefully and whack Rampone. There is a financial report here. Read it if you're interested. There is also a goblet on the table (50). Exit

Now make a right and check out the cubbies. Read all the notes to get some helpful information. On top is box with some loot (75). Enter the small room here and pick up the key then enter 0624 on the keypad. This will open Lady Angelica's warehouse. This is the first warehouse you came across. Head over there.

Looting the warehouses and getting the shipping label

Lady Angelica

Check out the shelves in the back of the room. On the top one is an invisibility potion and slowfall potion. The middle one contains a healing potion. Now exit to the south and enter the little hut. Use your key to get in. Enter 7732. This is Bramrichs warehouse. After leaving the hut turn right and follow the building around the corner. The first one is Bramrichs.

Bramrich

The shipping label you need is sitting on the desk. That's all in here. Next is 6937. Enter that number and then head over there.

Lord Porter-Fine Art

Enter and turn left. Check out the shelves. You should find 3 statues (45) and 2 moss arrows. Turn around and crouch and you'll find another statue (15). Turn to your right and there is a cash box (50). Now head towards the elevator and the down the short hall. At the end is a painting. Read the placard. Now shoot the crystal ball with an arrow. There is a statue inside (15). Go back to the elevator. You need to shoot the button at the top to get the elevator down. This is secret 1. Ride the elevator up. enter the bedroom. On the desk is a cash box (50). On the nightstand is a coin (5) and under the table is a goblet (25). Exit. Our next stop is 0928. Walk around the corner and use the hut here.

Noah Jerm

First head over to the shelves. A lens sits on the middle one (25). Climb the stairs and look on top of the shelves. There is another lens (25). continue up the stairs and enter the office. Take the glasses (50). Now exit. Next stop, 0266.

Lucky Selentura

On the card table are 2 stacks of coins (10). Enter the office on the right. Take the candlestick (50). Now lockpick the chest (this works for me but if it doesn't for you, there should be a box on the top shelf with a key). Lucky's dice are here (50). Secret 2. Exit. Head South carefully. Two people are chatting on the other side of the boxes. Wait til they are done and then run back to lucky's and find a shadow. When the girl comes by whack her. Then go back to the crates and sneak up beside the guy. Whack him. Now off to 7933. This is gilver's

Gilver's

Put your shipping label on the large crate here. That takes care of one objective. Now go up to the office. Use your sword on the tapestry. There is a gem here (100). This is secret 3. Take the elevator up to the second floor. Walk down the long hall with shelves to your left. You should find 7 plates (10ea) 6 large one small and there is also a bowl (10). From here turn around and climb the crates heading west. Drop down and you'll be heading south. Turn west and there is a chest directly in front of you. Jump across. There is a goblet. (25)Now drop down to the other chest. There is a ring (50) here. Now climb back out and exit the warehouse.

Around the corner is Blackhearts, 5188

Jump up onto the studio equipment here and then onto the roof of the studio. Lock pick the safe and take the cylinder.(50). Secret 4. There is supposedly a flute here but I have never found one. Exit and next is Mynells. 6013

Mynells

There are 4 spiders running around in here. Stay just outside and pick them off. They were guarding a statue (15) behind the crates. Now go over to the big spider in the locked room. Stand off to the left and shoot it through the bars. Now go in and get the gem (50). Now take the south elevator to the 2nd floor. Enter the room here and the door will shut and lock behind you. There is a small button the the right. Panels will open on the ceiling and a key will drop out. Turn to your left and walk allt he way forward. start searching the ground for the key. Now jump up on to the ledge here and climb out. Jump out into the room and take the elevator down. Now take the other elevator up to the 2nd floor. Use the key to open the safe and get the recipes (50). secret 5. Exit the warehouse and head North.

Crouch and crawl through the crates here. Right in front of you are some crates that have some loot but we'll come back in a bit. First, make a left and hide behind the boxes here. Listen to the conversation between Kilgor and a hammerite. When they are done peek out from the boxes and wait for the patrolling guard to come by and head back in the opposite direction. Pickpocket and Ko him. Hide the body. Now back to the boxes I mentioned a second ago. Climb up and find the open box with the statue (15) and water arrow. Climb down. Now lets get the guard standing watch at the front of building A. Walk up to the building and then crouch and get up beside him. He will be on the steps and you will be at the bottom beside him. Drink an invisibility potion and then run up behind him. Pickpocket him and KO him. Now go back and open warehouse 0457.

Capezza

Check out the shelves to the left. On the bottom is a scouting orb and the top has a crystal (25) and a nugget (50) There is water arrow in the bin to the right and on the smaller set of shelves to the left is a flare and flashbomb and on the other side next to the mask is another scouting orb. Exit and open 0590.

Kilgor Weaponsmithing

Check out the shelves. The bottom has a water arrow. Climb up on the crates and find the chest. There is a hammer here (25) secret 6. Now go upstairs and get the arrows from the shelves. Head back to the main office now.

Main Office again

Head est into the hall. Stay in the middle, crouch. Around the corner is a guard. Sneak up behind him and KO him. Make a right and continue on and make another right following it around to the left and make the next left after this. Make a right at the targets. Follow the hall and make a left up the stairs. There is a guard that patrols this area so you will probably run into him. Find a nice shadow to hide in and then whack him. At the top of the stairs is an electric eye so stay to the right. On the wall at the top, right in front of you, is the shut off for the eye. Flip the switch. Now loot the conference room on the right. There are 4 coins on the table (20). Now enter the opposite room. Check out the bookshelf. Click on the book that lights up. It is on the third shelf from the bottom somewhere near the middle. This opens a secret room. Secret 7. Inside is a candlestick (50). Now exit back down the hall and take the steps to your right. At the second floor walk to the opening and stop.

Getting the spice

Bldg B.

Peek out and wait for the guard to walk by. Sneak up on him and grab the Bldg. B key and then knock him out. Open the first door on this side and then flip all the switches on the back wall. This will open up all the warehouse doors. Walk across to warehouse 4.

Warehouse 4

On the shelves here are 2 green things (40). On the ground beside this shelf is a gold/blk statue (20) and on the next set of shelves is another gold statue (25). And on the opposite wall is a table with a green artifact (20) on it. Now go back down the stairs to the first floor.

First floor of bldg B.

Once again wait. There are two smugglers in the area. When they come in and then leave run to the crates that are ahead and to your left. Hide in the shadows. When they come in again. Whack them both. One has Davidson's key. Take it. Now exit through the opening to the south pausing in the doorway. A guard stands to your left and one patrols. Wait for the patrolling one to leave and then sneak up beside the other one. Whack him and hide him. Now get back to the doorway and get the patrolling guard. Now to the ship. A smuggler guards the entrance. From the waters edge put out the two torches beside him then crouch down. You will be able to make it almost to the ship. Stop before you get there though and drink another invisibility potion ( hopefully you bought one in the beginning).

Ship

Get up behind him and get the first bag of spice (20). Then KO him. Turn around and there is a large crate here with two spiders. Open the crate and quickly jump up on it. If you can kill the spiders now if not they will run to the end of the dock. Jump down and kill them. Go back to the crate and get the second bag of spice. This is also secret 8. Now head to the bridge of the ship and turn the wheel and the telescope. This will open a crate in the captain's quarters. Secret 9. Inside the crate is a bag of spice (20) and bottle (100). Grab the candlestick (25) off the table. Now slash the two tapestries and open the chests for some loot (125). Secret 10 and 11. Now exit the ship. Enter Bldg B. again. Go to warehouse 3 and ride the elevator up. Enter the last office on this side which is Davidson's. Use your key. Open the crate here to get another bag of spice (20). Exit through the door here to the outside. There are some skylights here. Break out the middle one and jump in. Use a slowfall potion to make the landing softer. On the right side, drop down and open the crate. Get the bag of spice (20) and the other items. Climb out. Use your key on the lock beside the door and exit. Make your way back up to the second floor. Now go through the doors on the other side where you will find three more skylights. Drop through the first skylight. There is a crate in front of you. Open it for another bag of spice (20). Climb up to the chest on the left. Open it for another rope arrow. Secret 12. One last secret to get and were out of here. Head back to the main office and exit out the door to the North that leads to the catwalk. Turn left and jump over the railing. You'll probably have to take a running jump. Walk around the building then stand in a doorway and jump onto the railing. Walk on it carefuly and then jump across to the crates. Jump into the open one and crouch down. There is a statue (15) here. Secret 13. That's it. Now head back to the beginning and get out.

Mission 3: Framed (Expert)

Objectives: You've been hired to frame Lt. Hagan, Truarts #2 man.

You do not get to use any loot from this mission so don't worry about picking anything up unless you want to.

Entering Shoalsgate

Outside

From your starting position, head west until you run into a large bin. Jump in and get the 2 water arrows. Now get out and enter the pub just to your left. You'll need to lockpick the door. Inside you'll find a cashbox (25) on the bar and behind the counter on the shelf you'll find a bottle (50). Exit and walk straight ahead. There will be a door on your left. Lockpick it and enter. Head to the left. Near some pipes in the corner is a breath potion. Now turn the red crank to open the cover. This is the entrance to Shoalsgate. Jump in. dive down and swim through the opening west. Surface when you can. Dive down again and head North. When you get to the drain open it quickly and swim down and then north again. Surface when you can. Don't forget your breath potion if you need it. Dive and head west then enter the next tunnel and continue on. Surface, then head north thru the next 2 tunnels. Surface and you are in the basement.

Turning off the alarms and opening the main gate

Basement

There are 2 spiders here. Jump out and kill them. There are 2 flares in the area. Head down the tunnel heading west. In this first pool to the right are 2 water arrows. Continue through the next area. the third area has a statue (15) in the pool of water to the right. Jump out and continue on to the end of the tunnel. There is an unlit torch to the left. Click on it to open a secret passage. Secret 1.

Maintenance

Close the door behind you using the switch to your right. Climb the stairs. At the top, peek through the door until you see the guard walking the other way. Now enter. Enter the door to the right.

Conference area

In the conference room to the right is a pair of glasses. (50). Grab them then exit out. Go through the door in front of you and crouch by the desk.

Front Desk

Wait until the two guards patrolling walk out and run over and switch off the alarms and throw the front gate switch also.Crouch down and push the button under the desk. A panel opens up revealing 4 stacks of coins (100). By the water cooler are several water arrows. There is also a guard that will come though the front desk area and out the door to the conference and interrogation rooms. He will end up in maintenance. So hurry up and do what you need to do and then get back down to maintenance.

Maintenance

If you were quick enough there won't be anyone here. If not a guard will be standing here. Whack him if you have to, unless you're playing expert. Now exit to the basement.

Basement

Walk down the north tunnel now. When you reach the dead end click on the torch to the left opening another secret panel. Secret 2. Go through the door to the west. Climb the stairs, forward and then down the next flight of stairs. Enter the door on the right.

Morgue

Take the purse (100) off the body and then read the coroner's report. Exit. Climb the stairs and then make a right. Climb the next flight of stairs.

Framing Hagan

1st Floor

At the top of the stairs look through the window in the door and wait until you see the guard walking away then sneak in. In a room to your left is another guard. Just stand in this doorway. One guard is patrolling N-S and another patrol E-W. Wait until the e-w guard heads back and follow him down the hall. Go through the second door on your right.

Target Range

Go through the first little door on your right and shoot the target. When you hit it right a secret door will open into the armory. Secret 3.

Armory

P/U all the equipment in this room and then open the door to the hall by pushing the button to the right. Stand behind it so the guard doesn't see you. When he heads back down the hall run out and hide in your doorway again. Wait again until the guards are moving away and this time follow the N-S guard. Make a left into the large room which is the main office.

Main Office

Check out all the little offices here. There is stuff to read, several water arrows and a statue (15) on one of the desks. Now, on one of the pillars to the SW is a switch that will open a secret door right behind you. Secret 4. Flip it. This leads to the hallway on the other side of the building. Stand in the doorway and when the two guards walk by run across into the room. This is is the locker room.

Locker Room

Open all the lockers and take everything then go through the door to the west.

Barracks 1

Check out the chests for some loot. Head into the next room.

Barracks 2

Once again open the chests then head into the next small room. Open the door to the left and pick up the two water arrows. Head back to barracks 2 and open the door here. Stand in the doorway and wait for the guards to pass then exit to your left through the double doors.

Courtyard

Shut the doors behind you. Shoot out the 4 torches here. Now go through the next set of double doors. There is a guard patrolling this hall. When he is walking away run in and enter the first door on your left. There are 3 water arrows in a small crate in the corner. Exit through the door here and cross the hall. Watch out for the guard.

Getting the personal item and key to records/vault

Training room

Head east into the back room. P/u the rope arrow and then click on the unlit torch to open a secret panel on the second floor above you. Secret 5. Now exit this room. The secret panel that opened is on the same side of the room that the torch was on so shoot a rope arrow into the ceiling rafter close enough to the balcony to jump across. Climb the rope and jump to the balcony. Crawl through the opening. Flip the red switch here to open another secret panel. Secret 6. Crawl through. This is Truart's office.

Truart's Office

On the fireplace mantel is a plate (10) and a vase (100). On the desk are 3 stacks of coins (75). Read the journals here and there is also a note in the trash. On the table near the door is an invisibility potion. Now lockpick the door and open it. There will be on guard infront of you patrol this short hall and another to your left patrolling the longer hallway. You want to head North down this hallway so wait for the guards to head away and go into the first room on your left. Put out the torches as you go to darken the hall.

Narcotics

Under the far table on the left is a purse (50). Turn on the lights if you need to. Now exit. Watch the guards again and then head to the stairwell.

Stairwell

There is a bottle (50) in the small room the guard is patrolling. You'll need an invisibility potion if you want it. It's on the floor to right. After you get it, head right next door to Hagan's office.

Hagan's office

On the desk to the right is a handkerchief. Pick it up. Objective complete. Now read the note in the trash. There are also some other items on the tables. Exit. Watch the guards. Enter the office straight across. Lockpick the door.

Mosleys office

On the desk is the records/vault key. Read the note in the trash. Pick up the other items laying around. Now let's get some loot. You may skip this if you want. If so, head to records. Go to the office right next door which is vice.

Vice

There are 3 stacks of coins (49).Now head straight across to robbery/homicide.

Robbery/Homicide

There is a very tiny ring on the left desk on the far back wall (100). Exit. Wait in the doorway for the gaurd to head away. There is also another guard patrolling the hallway to your right. When they are moving away, head right and into the room straight ahead. This is the waiting room.

Waiting Room

Extinguish any torches. Under a table is a vase (100). The guard patrolling this short hall has a key. Take it from him.

In the officers lounge there are two candlesticks. If you want them, head down the stairs in the waiting room and then to the mess hall. There is a small dumbwaiter. Ride it up and you will be inthe officers lounge. Take the candlesticks. (100)

Getting the code from the records vault

Head back to the main office. Retrace your steps to get back. On the opposite side from where you enter, on the second floor is a secret passage into the records vault. Look up at the grates and then find the switch. Shoot an arrow in the beam and climb up. Flip the switch. The grate will open. Secret 7. Jump over to the balcony and enter the passage. Follow the hall then flip the next switch to open another secret opening. Secret 8.

3rd floor

Walk down the hall and open the door on the left with Mosleys key. Get the code from the book and read the letters. Now get back to Truarts office.

Going to the Vault

Truarts Office

Now head down the west hall. Put out the torch and crouch. stay in the shadow along the wall. Warden Affairs is around the corner. Wait until the guard isn't in the area and enter the room.

On the left side in a bookshelf is a book that will open a secret passage. Click on it and the tapestry will move revealing a ladder to the 3rd floor. Secret 9. Climb the ladder.

3rd Floor

Enter the opening here. Click on the book just above your head to close the panel. Secret 10. Exit the room and follow the hall around the corner to the right. A guard also patrols thru. When he leaves stand to the right of the door.You can see an electric eye thru the door. Open it. Shoot out the torch. Carefully make your way thru the next door. Exit into the hall. Go through the door to the right. Make your way to the far north end of this room. Open the door and put out the torch. Use your key to open this door. (This is the key you picked up from the guard on the 2nd floor).

Vault Anteroom

Enter the code from records into the keypad. (4026). Now enter the next room and walk through to the vault. Open the door. Walk through Vault security and into the vault.

Vault

Take the loot and then drop the hanky to finish another objective. Take the strong box now and head back to Hagans office.

Hagan's office

Drop the strongbox in here and then head back to the courtyard and out the main gate. You're done.

Mission 4:Ambush (expert)

Objective: you have been ambushed and need to get back to your home.

You don't get to buy anything for this mission.

Note: The more guards you KO in this mission the easier it will be when you have to start backtracking quickly.

Getting home

Pub area

When you begin the mission, quickly climb the stairs and head for the archway to your right. Two guards will be patrolling this area. When they head back east run west and then north around the corner. There will be a wall to your right and a crate nearby. Use the crate to jump up on the wall. Go through the metal door here. Follow the hall around to the window. Crawl through the window on to the balcony. There are two guards patrolling here and two that are standing guard around the corner. In the distance, straight in front of you, is a torch and a doorway that you want to get to. Shoot out the torch and make sure the patrolling guards are far away. When they are, jump down and run for the doorway. You may alert some guards but they will eventually go back to normal. When they do go back and KO the patrolling guards and hide them then go through the door to the west. Climb the short set of stairs and pick the lock. Go through the door and climb the stairs to the top. Get the coins (5) and key. Exit back to the street and head over to where the two stationary guards are. Peek around the corner. One guard will turn around. When his back is to you whack him then quickly get the other guard. Hide them. Now continue south then west and wind around the corner north. Follow the street til you can go left.

Area south-west of the marketplace

Move west into the building. Climb the stairs into the house. There are some coins (5) in one room and a goblet (50) in the other. Exit. Head west and notice the manhole cover. We'll come back here in a bit. Exit to the street on the left and you'll be heading north. Follow this street and it will lead you to the marketplace.

Marketplace

From here you can see a guard standing at the bridge. He has a purse that we are going to get. Head left around the corner and then jump in the water and then out the other side. You are now on the north side of the marketplace. Turn right and head towards the guard. Pickpocket his purse (100.) Now KO him and hide him. Now head back to the manhole cover.

This time, open the manhole cover and jump in. Follow the tunnel all the way out and then stay in the water until you reach the lamp post. Along the way, in the water, will be a purse. At the lampost jump out and head north then west into the little street. Watch the guards across the way and when you get the opportunity KO them and hide them. Now head north with the water on your right. Keep going until you can either make a left or a right. Make a right then a left then right again.

Hill St.

Hug this wall and shortly their will be a door you can open and a small room to enter. Pick up the coins on the counter. Exit the way you came in and head north. Up ahead are a couple patrolling guards. Sneak up on them and KO them. Hide them.

From here, head up the sloped road, west. Then head north past the gate. Continue north, carefully, and this will lead you home.

Home

Move forward slowly and your objectives will change. You now need to get the gate key from your room and then get to Shalebridge. There are several guards watching your place so you need to get in another way. Head north past the guards and around the building. When you get to the other side there is a little room to your left. Put out the torch and duck in here. Walk forward and the turn right and head down this street. There is a guard ahead and some doors on your right. KO the guard first then enter these doors that lead into the building right across from your home. Climb the short flight of stairs and open the door. From here walk up to the next floor. There is a window here and you can see another closed window on the other side. This is your bedroom. Walk out onto the ledge and then make a running jump. Move quicklynow because you've alerted everybody. Open the shutters and get inside. Open the closet door and the click on the first hook on your left. A secret panel will open. Take everything including the key and purse. Now get the heck out. Jump out the window and head to your left. Run, retracing your steps. If you're lucky, no one will have noticed you and hopefully you have been knocking out guards as you've gone along.

Getting to Shalebridge

You need to get back to the marketplace. Then from here, get back to where you first put out the torch and hid in the doorway. Now head around the corner and to the wooden door up ahead. Make a left at this street. Continue north until you reach the manhole cover. There are a set of double doors here. Put out the torch and open the double doors using your key. You're almost finished. Patrolling in front of you are two guards. When they head away from you, quickly run out and KO them both then hide them. Now from the double doors head to the left through a small tunnel. There are 3 guards patrolling here. Up ahead is a door that you want to get through. You have two choices. The first is to KO the guards and the second is just to make a quick dash, lockpick the door and get inside. You decide which is easier. Once inside this building, climb the stairs and go through the door. Put out the torches then crawl out the left window. There are some beams and a guard below and there are two patrolling guards. The point here is to jump down behind the guard and run forward through the metal door. So, first drop some moss onto the beam and then drop down on it. Then drop some more moss on the ground. When the coast is clear, jump down and head for the doorway ahead. Once again, you can either enter or KO the wandering guards. There are two more around the corner that you will have to dodge in a minute so you might want to get them too. It isn't difficult. Just stay in the shadows and when they are walking away KO them. Either way, enter the building here. This is a little storeroom. Open up the shudders. Jump in the window. Your exit is forward and around the corner. If you've KOd the guards then just walk on over. If not, wait for them to leave the area. Open the gate with your key and you're all done.

Mission 5: Eavesdropping (expert)

Objective: To overhear a conversation between Karras and Truart.

Equipment: Water arrows are good and the flash bombs will take out the hammerite ghosts that you will meet. You need 2 flashbombs per hammerite. Moss arrows are always helpful.

Outside

From your starting position, get to the left side so you are off the metal path. From here, move forward and the left around the building. Follow the building until you see a metal door in front of you. Jump over the metal paths and enter this door.

Eavesdropping on Karas

Inside the seminary

Follow this hall around to the left and duck off into a shadow. A guard patrols the area ahead. When he dissappears from the area, move forward into the next room and then off to the left. There is a metal door here where you will eavesdrop. Exinguish the torch in the room. When the guard comes back, KO him when his back is to you. When you here the bells chime get to the door. Listen to every word that is said or the mission will come to an abrupt end. Listen carefully to where Karras says you can find the bank key. After the conversation, the objectives will change. You now need to find the safety deposit key, make a copy and then return the key.

Now head up the flight of stairs here into the guards quarters.

Getting the key and looting

Guards Quarters

On a shelf here are three goblets. Head downstairs. There is a key on the table here. If it is the one you need Garrett will let you know. There is a small opening in this room. Crawl through it. Half way through there will be a cashbox. Continue on into the next room. Another goblet sits on the table and another key is in the room also. Now climb the stairs and exit.

Head back down the hall west and then through the metal door.

Chapel/pulpit

There are two guards in the room. There is a key in the farthest closet and another on the pulpit. When the guards start chatting shoot some moss in front of the pulpit and get the key if you need it. If not, there are 2 candlesticks and two cups that you might want. There is also a tiara on the right side on the floor in one of the pews. Head backto the eavesdropping room now and out the metal door on the right. Walk forward through the graveyard.

Graveyard

There are supposedly two hammers here although I can't find them.Head north through the opening and follow the passage until you reach the door with the hammers on it. Enter. There is a chest with some loot in it. Now head back to the graveyard and then west. Follow the building until you can make a right turn. In front of you is a ladder. Climb it. There will be a guard patrolling up here. When she heads away jump off the ladder and KO her. In the corner by a crate and chair is a goblet. Now enter the shed.

Shed

There is another key in here as well as a bottle and a statue. In the chest is a healing potion. Around the corner is a chest with some coins. Now enter the 2nd floor building.

Inside

You are now above the chapel. A guard patrols in here so stand in the doorway and when she comes by, KO her. There is a statue on the shelf here. Enter through the metal door into a small room. There is a key on the table as well as two bottles. Climb the ladder in this room. One floor up contains a room with a tiara. Climb back down. Exit the west door and down the hall. Go through the door.

West Tower

Climb the ladder. A key is here and a goblet. Head back down the ladder and through the next door. head down the hall.

East Tower

KO the guard. Climb up the ladder. There is a key and goblet. Head down and then down the next ladder. Lock pick the trunk for some gold. Now head back to where you eavesdropped. Head downstairs now.

Making a copy of the key

Work area

At the bottom of the stairs you will hear two guards chatting. Wait for them to finish and leave the area. Head into the workarea first. There is an interesting note and some water arrows and another key. Work your way to the back of the room and read the note on how to make a copy of a key. Pick up the putty knife. Put the key in the wax and use the putty knife to remove it. Now head back into the outer room. Open the door with the hammers.

Catacombs

Enter into the first room and put out the torch. Put out the torch in the next room. There are two ghostly hammerites that wander throught the catacombs. The first one will come throught his area. Use two flash bombs on him and that will knock him out. Now enter the torture area and wait for another hammerite. Use your flashbombs on him. There is a healing potion in the chest if you need it. Now exit to the north and go all the way to the end. There is a statue on a table here. Now head west then through the opening in the next room to the west. There is a skeleton and a purse here. Exit back into the east room the head south then east. There is a trunk in the room in front of you. To the south is the way out. Head back out and the north into the other area of the catacombs. From this room enter the room to the east and open the chest. Exit. Head west then into the next room then south into the last room. Then west there is a blue trunk in this room with a hammer. Continue into the last room. climb the ladder. Go through the metal dor and then thru the next one. There is a trunk here with another hammer. Exit. Now return your key from wherever you picked it up.

If you would like to find the secret and a ring then head back to the graveyard and then north thru the opening. Follow the passage to the other side and then enter the room to the west. There is a guard in here. KO her. Now face the door and crouch. Look to the left to find a lever. A secret panel in the floor opens. Drop down and there is a very tiny ring on the floor. It's very difficult to find. Good luck.

Mission 6: First City Bank and Trust (expert)

Objective: You need to get the recording that was made at the meeting you eavesdropped at.

Equipment: Moss arrows will be helpful and lots of water arrows. Mines and fire arrows will also take out the mech guards.

Note: Because this mission is so large, I'm just going to tell you how to meet your objectives. I'll also tell you where to find the 2 secrets at the end of the mission.

Outside

To get into the bank start heading east. There are 3 guards patrolling this area, so find a shadow near the building and wait for them to come by. Sneak up behind them and get all three. Now continue heading east and then north. At the very end there will be a window that leads into the bank basement. Lockpick it and climb in.

Unlocking the Vault

Basement

Move west down the ramp, then down the next ramp and to the right. A guard is patrolling this hall so wait in the doorway for him to come by and KO him. Hide his body. Now, continue north down the hall and it will wind west and open into a large room. There is a ramp to the north that will take us into the bank but first continue west then south, then east throught he opening. A note on the wall in front of you warns of maintenance machines. tollow this hall sough then west. There are several mech workers in this hall. They are harmless. Head down this hall into the room with a metal floor. Go through the northern opening. Continue until you reach the next room. Head down the metal ramp. There is a note on the wall near the stairs leading up that states 'authorized personnel only'. Head through this doorway. Head south then west. Stop before entering the next room. A mech guard is patrolling the room to the south so hug the wall and move east stopping before you turn the corner. There is an eye here. If you peek around the corner you can see a switch that will open a door here. When the eye turns away either run for the switch, flip it and enter or get under the eye and flip the switch then enter the room. Once in here, go around the corner and open the panel door. Click on the top two and bottom two buttons. This will unlock the vault. Now head back to the area that will lead you into the bank.

1st floor

Climb the ramp here and open the two chests then carefully climb the ramp because there is an eye here. Put out the torch and move quickly under the eye. Once everything is okay head for the wooden door to the east. Move quickly and hopefully you won't set off the alarm.

Once through the door, a long green hallway stretches out before you ending in a staircase. Stay off the marble floor and on the wood to the side. A mech-worker will wander through here. Get up the stairs in front of you quickly. Once at the top turn around and shoot out the torch in the distance. To your right, a guard patrols the hall. Now head east toward the metal door. Put out the torch before opening it. Once it's out open the door. There is an eye and a turret on the other side of the room. You want to get through the double door to your left. If you crouch and stay in the shadows you can get over there easily.

This is the room with the safety deposit box #. Head up the ramp and read the scroll on the desk. The box is #11. Once your done get out of this room. You can hear a guard patrolling so you may need to drop some moss so he won't hear you. Once out of here get out of the next room also.

Now that you're back in this larger room you need to head west to the hall that the guard is patrolling. Your goal is to get through the door to the south but there are two mech workers and a guard here. There is a desk area in the guards patrolling room. When the guard jis walking away run in there. Wait for him to come back and when he exits again KOhim and hide him in the desk area. Now head through the metal door to the south.

In the next room are two eyes and two chatting mech workers. There is a light switch on the wall at the base of the stairs. Make a mad dash over there and hit the switch then wait until everything goes make to normal. Now climb the ramp and lock pick the door.

Deactivating the Lobby Eyes

3rd Floor

There is an eye to the right. Lockpick the metal door to your left. Head to the east side of the room and hide in the shadows. A guard will wander through. KO him and hide him. Open the door to the south. There will be a guard patrolling the stairs. head to your left and hide in the shadow here. Head south. There will be a guard standing watch in front of the door here. You want to flashbomb him and KO him but you have to time it right. Do it when the other guards are not in the area. Drop him in a shadow. Exit the door he was guarding and head straight across then south. Now head all the way west and then throught he double doors. On the other side of the room is the switch that will deactivate the eyes in the main lobby. Now get back to the staircase and head down to the first floor. You'll need to take out the guard that patrols the stairs.

Getting the recording

1st floor

At the bottom of the stairs go through the south door and then lockpick the door to the west. Stay in the doorway and wait for the mech guard. When he comes in put out his boilers with two water arrows. Now enter the room and lock pick the safes, then enter the lobby the to south.

Lobby

Head through the swinging door and then into the room to the west. There is a water arrow in the safe here. Slowly enter the next room where there is an eye and a patrolling guard. On the other side of the room is a light switch. Use the well placed pillars to work your way over there. Quickly run and hit the lights then hide in the corner. Now you want to run under the eye when you have the opportunity and get into the little alcove here. On the left side is the switch to deactivate the eye. Do so and then put out the torches. Get the guard when he comes by. Now head west through the double doors and turn out the lights. Continue north down the hall pausing when it opens up into another area. There are two guards to the left and a mech gaurd patrolling the second floor to the right. Shoot some moss arrows. Wait for the guard to turn his back then dash across and continue down the hall. In the room at the end of this hall there will be and eye watching the vault door. Head to your left and go through this door. Hit the switch to turn off the eye. Now open the vault.

Inside the vault

Run in toward the eye and hide behind the pillar. There is an elevator next to the eye. Get on it and ride to the second floor. There is a ladder on the other side. Head to the right using the pillars and get up the ladder. Once on the third floor use your key on the security box, get the recording and then get out of the vault.

Escape route

Outside the Vault

Now it's time to get out. Head back to the main lobby and then continue east. in this room is an eye and an archer so hug the wall to your left. When the archer comes in KO him quickly and then head north through the door. Turn to your right and head up the ramp and through the metal door and then through the next metal door and you are all done.

Secrets

Secret 1 is in the hall of statues. Heading north, there is a switch behind the second to the last statue on the right. The switch is on your left side behind the statue. This opens up a secret room. Now head north then west to the end of the hall. There are two eyes here so get into a position where you can peak out at the eye tot he left. When it swings away make a mad dash to the right and run to the end of the hall and make another right. ONce inthe next room go thru the metal door on the other end. Inside is a safe. Lockpick it for some loot. Enter the newly opened secret room. Take the ring from the skeleton.

Secret 2 is in the harp room on the second floor, SE. When you get to the area there will be a guard here. He will soon start chatting with a banker and they will leave. When they do head left up the ramp and then through the opening on the left and up the next ramp. Go out to the balcony and on the left near the floor is a switch that open a panel under the balcony. Go back out to the harp room and climb through the opening under the balcony and get your loot.

Mission 7:Blackmail (Expert)

Objectives: Confront Truart with the recording.

Breaking into the Estate

Outside

From your starting position, head north over the wall and enter the back of the house.

1st house

There is a green vase on the table and upstairs there is a rope arrow in a chest. Now head back to where you started and enter this house through the window.

2nd house

In this first room a green vase is under the table. There is a candlestick upstairs. On the first floor in the back bedroom is a cashbox. Open the window here and climb out. You may have to KO the sleeping guy so he doesn't wake up. Jump over the next wall and into the house.

3rd house

Enter the house and KO the guy sitting at his desk. There are two stacks of coins and a statue on the table. Exit into the next room and climb the ladder. There is a statue behind the crates. Exit out and head left. From here, turn the corner and KO the guard. There is a light switch on the control box. Flip to darken the area then open the gate. The switch is just to the right. There is a guard patrolling back and forth here. When she passes run forward and into the house thru the side door.

4th house

Upstairs in on of the rooms is a candlestick and probably a guy to. KO him.

Exit the way you came in and head east. Crouch and crawl thru the shrubs. Now continue east until you have to crawl thru the large rock. When you get out immediately to your right is an area you can climb. This will lead you to the cemetery. This is secret 1. Collect the equipment here and climb out continuing east until you reach the water. Jump in and swim north. Climb out quickly on the right and move foward slowly. A guard patrols east to west across the bridge. When he heads away from you on the bridge sneak up and pickpocket his balcony key and then KO him and hide him in the dark. In the well, back across the bridge is a coin if you want it. Now climb the stairs to the house and open the door to the right with the key you just took.

1st floor foyer

Stand in the shadows because two guards patrol thru here. When the room is empty shoot out the torch then run across and hide beside the door to the north near the pool of water. One of the guards that comes thru will have a gear. Be sure to take it. KO both of them and hide them in the shadow beside the door they come out of. In the pool of water are 8 plates. Now enter the door to the north into the hall and turn the corner. The first room to your left is the guards qtrs.

Guards Quarters

KO the sleeping guard and in one of the chests you'll find a nugget. Exit into the hall. Continue west around the corner and then take the first right and enter the room to the west. Lockpick the door.

1st Bedroom

Turn the torch next to the bed for secret 2. A panel in the floor opens revealing a gem. There is also a gold vase on the table. Exit back to the hall. The other bedroom can't be opened yet.

Head out to the south hall and notice the door here. It needs the gear to be opened. Now follow the hall until you reach an opening to your left. There is a guard here. Knock her out.

Dining room

In the dining room is a green vase, 2 bottles, and 1 plate on the fireplace. Now enter the kitchen and hide in the shadows.

Kitchen

There are two servants chatting here. Eventually one will leave. KO the woman and when the guy returns KO him and take his estate key. In here are two plates and a large black vase.

Head to the hall that runs north and follow it to the Ballroom.

Ballroom

KO the drunk servant in here. He left a bottle on the floor and there are four plates table.

Now head back to the door that needs the gear. Use the gear on the door. Follow the hall until you reach the staircase. Stand off to the side and wait for the guards to stop talking. A guard will come downstairs. He has another gear you need. Take it and KO him. Drop him in the shadows. Climb the stairs.

Second floor

Head right around the corner and duck into the doorway to the left. Head down this hall and use your key on the door. Check out the bookshelf to find a book that will open a passage. Inside this area is a chest with a healing potion. Now head back to the hallway.Lean out and put out the torch at the end of the hall. Make a little noise and the guard standing watch will start investigating. When he head back to his position KO him and hide him. Now head down this east hall ( a guard may or may not be patrolling so beware). There is a statue on the table. You may want to wait to take it because if a guard does come by he will notice it's gone and sound the alarms. Make a left threw this doorway and straight ahead into the bathroom.

Bathroom

There is a water arrow in here. Exit.

Now head east down the hall and enter the room at the far end.

Bedroom

In the closet here is a mine. Turn out the lights in the room. Open the door to the south. On the far side you can see Benny and a servant chatting and two guards will patrol through. When they are gone head back to the hall and KO them. Now go back into the bedroom and out the double doors and into the next room.

Bedroom 2

Turn out the lights and head through the door to the west.

Game room

Make a little noise near the game room to lure out the servant. She ends up in the bedroom so go wait for her there and KO her. Now go back and pickpocket and KO Benny. Now lot the game room. There is a bottle on the bar, 5 single coins on the card table, a stack of coins on the card table, a black goblet on the floor by the fire, and 4 single coins on the roulette table. Now exit back to the hall and head all the way down until the hall turn right. Follow this hall to the left and at the end is security.

Security

Turn off the power to the eyes.

Head back to the room straight across from the gameroom. At the bottom of the pool is a silver gear. Also in the room is a gold vase and 2 green vases. exit back down the hall and this time head left into the room here.

Weapons room

Take all the equipment off the shelf. Now hit the bullseye over the door for secret 3. This opens a panel revealing a gas arrow. There is also a hammer under the eye.

Head back to the hall heading north and around the corner. Use your gear here. Follow the hall until you see a red light also noticing another door that needs a gear along the way. This is your way out. Hide in the shadows and find out that the sheriff has been murdered. Your new objective is to find some evidence.

Breaking into Truarts room and finding evidence

3 guards will come by. One will have a bronze gear. Take it if you want. Now climb the stairs.

3rd floor

There are 2 guards standing watch in front of Truarts room so head left and keep going until you reach the double doors. Enter.

Dining room

Inside is a green vase and plate on the fireplace. Head to your right through the doorway and then through the next doorway. turn left and go thru the first door here. climb the ladder.

Attic north

Inside the chest here is a slwofall potion. Now go through the metal door and croos over to the other side.

Attic South

Inside the chest here is a flashbomb. Climb down the ladder. When you open the door you can see Truart's body. Be careful as people are wandering in and out.

Truarts room

There is another gear here and Mosley's keys. You are done now.

Escape route

To get out, head back to the base of the 3rd floor stairs. Now you are on the second floor. Head for that door that needs a gear. Us your bronze key on the door and then go downstairs. Now you are on the first floor. Head back out the way you came in. Jump in the water and when you get out the mission will be over.

There are two secrets that I didn't mention.

Secret 4- The fourth secret is in the locked bedroom on the first floor. Use your estate key to open the door. KO the person inside and then lockpick the metal door. Once inside this hall head right and use your sword on the tapestry revealing the chapel. On the wall, next to the large hammer is a small hammer. Shoot an arrow into it and the large hammer will move revealing an opening in the floor. Go down and check it out if you like.

Secret 5- The fifth secret is in the fireplace. Put out the fire, get the fire arrow and inside is a switch. Jump down and take out the zombie with a couple fire arrows. She has a purse. To get out there is a little switch near the ladder that will open a panel in the ceiling. Climb out. You will need to figure a way out from here.

Missions 8:Courier (Expert)

Objective:Follow Mosley to see who her contact is. Pick at least six pockets.

Equipment: Definitely get at least one invisibility potion or 2 if you can afford because you won't be able to buy anything for the next mission. Get at least 2 flashbombs also.

Following Mosley

Shalebridge Rd.

When the mission begins Mosley and another guard are heading south. Instead of following them turn around and run as far south as you can and then duck into the doorway on your left. A guard will come by. Pick his pocket quickly (PP1) then run west and hide in the shadow here. The guard following Mosely will come by. Take his healing potion (PP2) then continue west and right around the corner, then left. Proceed with caution. A guard will probably patrol by. He won't notice you. Just let him pass then make a left turn heading south. Mosely is up ahead. Crouch a stay in the shadow of the blacony here. An archer is patrolling up on the balcony. When he passes run forward and hide behind the wall here until Mosely continues on. Continue following her carefully because a peasant will come by. Pick her pocket (PP3) Follow Mosley into the Market Place.

Market Place

Mosley will continue west between two building. Lag behind and pickpocket the guard that patrols through (PP4) then KO him. Drop him in a dark corner then coninue following Mosely. Once through the Market Place she will head south around the corner then west, north, east and north again. At the point you can see a door across the water.

Helena Way

Jump in and climb the ladder and go through the door. Put out the torch and open the next door. Mosely will be crossing over the bridge here and continuing north. Another guard is coming in the opposite direction. When he gets to the bridge jump out and pick his pocket (PP5) then follow Mosely again. Follow closely and duck into the doorway to your left quickly before she stops. She will continue around the corner. Wait for another guard to come by then continue following west, then a left, then south again. She will then veer to the right and pause just past the lightpost. Wait for her to continue then catch up with her. Duck into the doorway. She will drop the letter. Pick it up and read it then drop it back on the ground and hide in the doorway again. Now you will have a long wait for the pagan to come by and pick it up from here.

Following the Pagan and Tracing the letter to its Final Destination

The pagan will head east then around the corner and east again. Each time I played this part it happened diffrently. He may or may not stop to look around but follow him. Hide in the corner of the two buildings and wait for another guard to come by. She may see you even in the dark so you may need a flashbomb here. If for some reason she comes out before you can get to this spot you might as well just start over. Once she's out of the way follow him around the corner and across the bridge and will head to the right through an archway then eventually south. The water will be on your right. He will pause and go west then south,east, north,east,north,west,north, then finally west and into the marketplace. He will pause many times along the way and will pause int he middle of the marketplace. He will then cross the bridge and pause. This is where I used the invisibility potion. Two guards come by. Drink your potion and follow the pagan quickly over the bridge and to the right. Hide here. A peasant will stroll by. A guard will also wander by that you can pickpocket (PP6). The pagan will head north then west and north again, then east. He will be attacked by several mechanists and will run into the graveyard. Rather than follow him head, south and follow the building on your left all the way around to the other side. To your right will be a small area. You can see the outline of a panel. Click on the torch next to it and it will open. Secret 1. Climb through and then through the double doors. Follow the blood to the north carefully because the guards will follow you in here. Open the gate that you run into and continue north then west. Enter the crypt here. There is a red portal in front of you, if you have your 6 pickpockets then jump on through.

Mission 9: Trail of Blood (Expert)

Objective: Track the pagain.

Equipment:You don't get to buy anything at the start of this mission but hopefully you at least have a flashbomb and if your lucky an invisibility potion.

The trail of blood leads to the west. It will lead you to a murdered mother and daughter and a mechanist. The mechanist has a map you need. Follow the blood to the waters edge. A mechanist patrols the bridge to the right. Jump in the water and let it carry you until you see a scarecrow on your right. Jump out here. Walk toward the scarecrow and then around the tree to the right. Wait for the mechanist and then KO him. Cross the bridge. The body on the other side has a healing potion. There is a mechanist up ahead. Hide beside the tree and when her back is to you KO her. Jump back into the water and then out on the left and the next house. There are a couple broadhead arrows and on the floor to the right are 2 coins.Now exit. Across the river in a bush is a ruby. You can also see blood on the other side. Jump in and grab the ruby as you go by and then jump out on the right when you can. There are two more houses here. Head to the one on the right first. Put out the torch in front then approach carefully because a mechanist is inside. Peak around the corner and when his back is turned KO him. In the next room under the stairs is a papyrus with some important information. At the top of the stairs is a noisemaker, which you will need, and a speed potion. Now exit to the next house. Up ahead you can see a woman walking back and forth. KO her when you get the opportunity. There are some arrows in the house. Now exit and head left around the house. Stay in the shadows and KO the guard that comes by. To the west behind the house is the second ruby. Now follow the blood again across the bridge. Two mechanists patrol up here. Hide in the shadow of the trees to get the first one then move forward carefully and get the second one. Continue to the north. Two more guards are here. There are patrolling the gathering area. Get the woman when she is alone but the other guard is wearing a helmet so you just have to avoid him. When he is gone enter the gathering place.

Gathering Place

There is a large stone face here. You need to place the two rubies in the empty eye sockets. Be careful of the guard patrolling outside. When you are done climb the stairs and then jump into the portal.

The other side of the portal

The blood continues here. Follow it west. continue on until you reach the cavern with the eyeball plants. There are several water arrows in the pools of water. Exit through the opening to the south. Now head west. Follow the passage. There is an arrow and a vine arrow among the remains of the two skeletons. The passage veers east then will become a bridge. Cross it and head right. Down below you can see an ape that you will run into soon. Keep moving forward keeping an eye out the the right for a passage. When you find it enter and then stop before exiting the other side. Wait for the ape to come by and KO it. Now Continue to the left and follow this path into another passage again waiting at the end for the ape to come by. KO it. continue left and pause at the top of the landing for yet another wandering ape. KO it. Now head north to the dead end and pick up the 3 crystals. Now head back to the top of the landing and continue forward. Around the corner are two apes guarding an opening. Put out the torch on the far right and continue forward. The apes won't see you. head around the corner and jump across the cavern to get another crystal. Now head back to the two apes. Get up close to the first one and when he comes looking for you flashbomb him then KO him. The other ape won't notice. Now shoot your noisemaker and when the other ape goes to investigate KO him. Continue through the passage into the tree. There is a letter here and two apes chatting up ahead. At this point, I got the apes to come look for me and then I KOd them. You might want to try a different approach. With them out of the way head south and into the tree. Climb the stairs and at the top an ape patrols. Stay in the shadows and look up. When he comes in and then leaves run up and KO him. Now head north all the way into the room with the sleeping ape. Pick up the letter here. Now back track until you can take a path SE. Follow the blood. Up ahead 2 apes are talking about 'winter not being guarded'. When they are done one ape will leave momentarily. Kill the other with an arrow and quickly remove his body then KO the other one. Pick up the 3 arrows in here. Now go through the opening to the left and take out the ape at the bottom. Another wanders in the area so watch him carefully and then take him out. There are 3 gems in one of the large stones here. When you get them head back to the room with the skulls and then take the other passage. When you get the option head right and shoot the ape up ahead. There is another letter in this room. Continue until you reach the room with ice. There is a letter here. Go through the opening to the north east. Remember that the apes said 'winter is unguarded'. Climb down and pick up the gems in this area.

Note: Collecting over 900 extra in loot is a bonus objectve.

Climb back out and take the north west passage until it becomes blocked. Use your sword to break through.

You are almost done now. You will need to move quickly in this area because the tree beasts will chase you. From here head west and veer left. You are looking for a large circular object kind of like a hollow trunk. Run through it then run then west (left) until you reach the body. You're done.

Mission 10: Life of the Party (expert)

Objectives: Get into Angelwatch via the rooftops. Once inside, spy on Karras and get some information on the Cetus Project. Read an entry in the new scripture. You must also steal 1550.

Equipment: Moss and water arrows

Heading for Angelwatch and Collecting Loot

Bell Tower

Head west and down the short incline. Turn left and jump down to the ledge of the building here. Enter the window at the end and inside are 2 coins (40). Exit back to the bell tower and this time jump down to the ledge of the building on the other side. Move west and through the open window. KO the guy inside. Take his purse (10 t-50). There is also a stack of coins (5 t-55) in the chest. Exit and back to the bell tower. Now move west and jump up on the metal box here. Walk across the pipes to the next building. Climb up on the ledge on the other side of the roof and down below you can see two skylights. Drop down in between them. There is an open window leading into the building infront of you. A guard patrols inside. Head over there quietly and when his footsteps fade jump through the window. Head quickly down the hall and into a dark corner of the next room. When the guard comes in, KO him. There is a gold vase (100 t-155) on the table. If you look up toward the far N-E side of the room you can see a small opening. Shoot a vine arrow into the ceiling next to the beam. Climb up and jump over to the beam. Climb into the opening and then use your sword to break through the boards then enter the room. (This may take some effort).

Astronomer's Attic

Click on the telescope. Secret 1. This will open a secret room. Inside is a sunburst device and a fire arrow. To the N-E is an opening. Crouch down and remove the boxes then climb through. Drop down into the opening in the floor and then open the window on the right. A guard is patrolling here. Once here is out of ear shot climb out of the window and hide in the shadow of the stairs. KO him when he comes by. Now enter the room to the west and inside is a chest with some coins (60 t-215) On the shelf above are 2 flashbombs and an arrow. Exit and climb the stairs outside. KO the guard at the top. Now exit back through the Astronomers loft and into the room below.

Go through the door to the south and climb part way up. There is a window here. Climb through it quietly and drop down below. Turn right and drop down here then carefully move west. There are 4 archers here talking amongst themselves. It soon turns into an all out battle. Eventually all but one will be dead. You want it to be the archer on the side you are on. You may need to replay this part. Head for the tower he is guarding and climb the ladder. You don't need to jump off just keep moving foward and you will eventually be on this roof. Sneak up on the guard and KO him. to the west is an open window. Jump through and inside is a purse (100 t-315). Exit back out the window and then jump over to the castle then jump over to the south castle. Head west and climb down the ladder. There are some stairs here. Climb up and on the table is a gold cup (25 t-340) Climb back down and continue west. In the distance a guard is patrolling the roof. Continue forward until you reach the roof he is guarding. Jump up on the ledge to your left and stay in the shadow. Drop down and KO him. Now head north to the next castle.

Fieldstone Estate

Before making any jumps make sure you can't here any footsteps. There is a guard and an archer here that patrol in opposite directions around the castle. Jump up onto the wall and then drop down. Head left around the corner. Put out the torch and duck into the doorway. The guard has a key so take it then KO him and drop him in the doorway then get the archer. Using the key open the door here. Another guard patrols in and out. Stay in the shadow of the doorway until you can KO him. Inside the first room on the table is a gold vase (100 t-440). Now go through the next door and then into the final room where there are 3 stacks of coins (36 t-476). Exit back outside.

Now head to the far NE corner of the estate. Jump down on to the fire escape and then walk across the pipes. You may need to shoot some moss on to them. Off to your left you can see someone inside the building so drop off onto the right side of the pipe then sneak through the broken window. Go through the door to the east. Inside are 3 stacks of coins (15), 3 single coins (60) and a purse (15). Now exit and go through the north door and KO the guy inside. Now exit back to the roof. There is a large hole here. Inside it is a vine arrow and a moss arrow. Now cross the pipes again to the fire escape but head right this time and climb the ladder here. Follow the passage until you drop into some shallow water. Climb up the ladder and click on the switch to open the door. Now climb the other ladder and out the door.

Head east where you will soon here a couple chatting about a party. Jump over to the ledge to the north and then walk east on the ledge and around the corner to the open window. Take the purse (100) off the table then walk back around the corner. Move forward along the ledge until you reach the large tower in front of you.

Necromancers Tower

Jump through the open window here. Take the 2 candlesticks (100). Click on the fire for secret 2. Now get on the little lift and press the button to ride down to the second floor. Get off and find the book on the middle bookshelf that you can click on. This is secret 3. Now take the elevator down to the first floor. You may need to play with the elevator a bit to figure it out. On this floor is a speed and healing potion and some coins (100) in the chest. There is also a hole in the ground. There is an invisibility potion down there. grab it and then head back to the second floor. From here, jump through to the building next door. Behind the crates here is a plate. Now climb down the ladder and then jump into the room down here. There is a hole in the wall to the west blocked off by some crates. A guard patrols the stairs here. There are also some thieves in the upper rooms. If you make some noise they will all come looking for you and everybody but the guard will be killed. Now sneak out and KO the guard when he comes by. In the room at the top of the stairs is a coin on the dresser and some more coins (75) in the blue chest. Now go back to the Necromancers tower. Get back to the 3rd floor and then jump out the window and back to the ledge.

Sir Cullens Keep

Now head north a ways and watch for the archer ahead. When he enters the building at the top of the stairs hide in the shadows and KO him when he comes back. At the top of the tower are two fire arrows. Now climb the stairs the archer was patrolling and go through the door. You will find yourself in a small room. Go through the door to the left and you will be in a darkened room. Continue through the next door to the left and take the gold vase (100) off the table. Now go back to the previous room. There is a guard patrolling the hall outside these rooms so open the door carefully and then KO him. Now jump out the open window here.

Once out on the roof you can see a man through the skylights. We'll get him later but for now walk along the edge to the north side of the roof. There is along post with banners hanging from it. Drop down onto and cross to the next building.

Castle Carlyle

Continue north and then drop down onto the greenhouse. Inside the greenhouse is a harmless spider and 2 moss and a gas arrow. Now exit and head for the building with the open window on the second floor. You can see a guard come and go. When he is gone climb up on the ledge and then shoot a vine arrow into the beam in front of the window. Climb up and jump through the window. Quickly get to a darkenend corner by the opening. When the guard comes in KO him. Head through the door straight ahead for a clue at opening the metal door in the previous room. Now head for the metal door and drop you sunburst device in front of it. Now stand behind a wall and lean out. Shoot the device with a fire arrow and then duck behind the wall. The will be blown open and you will find a nice stash of goodies in the room beyond. Now exit back to the wooden beam with the banners.

Cross it and then turn left and climb through the open window in the building in front of you. On the fireplace are two water arrows. Now climb through the window to the north and drop to the ledge. Turn left and drop to the next ledge. Walk forward until you reach the open window. There is a guard inside. Climb through and KO the guard. He might be alerted to your presence but just stay in the window and he shouldn't notice you. Now go to the next room and knock this guy out. This is the guy you saw through the skylights. Take his gold coins (75) and exit back through the window. Head right and climb back up on the ledge of the next building. Head north along this ledge to the next open window.

Dayport Trader's Bank

the floors in here are marble. Drop into the room and head south to the end of the hall. Stay in the shadow of the doorway. A guard will patrol in and out. When he comes into the hall where you are, KO him and take his key. now use this key to enter the locked office.

Use your lockpicks on the small metal door by the desk and flip the switch inside. Now enter the room to the south. A panel has been opened in here. Inside is a purse and several diamonds and 4 stack of coins. Now exit through the double doors. There is a guard out here. Shoot some moss and the KO him. There is another guard on the balcony across the way. Had south through the open window here and then out the window to the east. Head left around the building and work your way up behind the archer onthe balcony and KO him. Now continue to the building to the north.

Lady Louisa's

First jump through the window to the west. Read the note in here then exit through the metal door. In front of you is a torch you can click on. This is secret 4. At the end of the hall a panel has opened revealing 2 noisemakers, a gas mine and an invisibility potion. Now exit back outside.

Now head for the open window to the north. Inside are two woman. Jump in and chase them around and KO them. The woman in red has a purse and on the fireplace is a gold vase (100). Now exit the window to the north. Continue north to the other side and to your left you can see Anglewatch. Jump up on the metal box here and then onto the wall. You can see a drunk guard on the roof. KO him and then climb the ladder and move west until you reach the manhole cover.

Anglewatch

Open the manhole cover and jump in. Move through the opening skipping the first passage to the right and continuing to the last one. Put out the torch in this room and then open the door. A guard will come by and when she does KO her and throw her in this room.

Listening to the voice machines

2nd Floor

Move all the way north and through the metal door.

Servants Quarters

The first chest on the left holds a mine and the chest at the end of the room hold some coins. Now enter the door to the east and on the table in this room is the list of voice machines that you need to listen to. There are 6 of them. Exit here and go through the metal door to the north.

Storage

There is nothing in this room so head through the door to the east. Under the bottle in this room is a little locked door. Pick it open and inside are 2 cups and 2 bottles. Exit back out of the sleeping area.

Once outside the room head right, down the narrow hall. At the end of the hall, around the corner you can see a man in the chapel. Stay in the dark here and wait for a mech guard to come by. Use your water arrows to put him out. Then move forward toward the man.

Chapel

Shoot some moss on the floor and then KO him. Take his key. The first voice machine is in here. Once you've listened to it your objectives change slightly. Karras isn't in the building so you won't have to spy on him. Take the candlesticks and them use the key you just picked up on the door to the east. Pick open the small door inside and get the 2 cups. Now exit back to the chapel and down the metal aisle. Now head west to the fireplace. Directly opposite it is a ladder. Climb down carefully.

Main Concourse

You are now standing on a beam above the main concourse. Below you can see the second voice machine. You can also see a mech guard. When he leaves slide down the slanted beam and quickly click on the VM then hide in a shadow behind a beam near the elevator. when the mech guard leave take the elevator back to the 2nd floor.

Get back to the ladder that led to the main concourse then head north into the hall and then turn left and move all the way west and take the stairs up. Hide in the doorway. A man will come by. KO him and hide him.

3rd floor

Now head east and then south in the next room. Hide inthe shadow and wait for a guard to come through then KO him. Now head east into the next room and then turn south and hide in a shadow in this hall. A guard patrols up ahead. When you get the chance run up and KO her. Now move throught the opening at the right at the end of this hall and then through the metal door.

Library

Up ahead is a guard. KO him. Upstairs are a woman a servant and a mech worker. Climb the stairs and approach the servant. KO her first then KO the woman. Listen to the third voice machine. Now head back downstairs and out to the hall. Enter the gallery now. This is the room with the metal floor.

Gallery

Shoot some moss on the floor and head to the fourth voice machine. Listen to it then head straight across to the next door and enter the room.

KO the woman in here. Now exit through the east door. Head north down the hall then east through the next doorway. Now north past the fireplace. Make a left into the next area then head north. Open the first door you reach on your right. A woman is inside. Run in and KO her then open the blue chest. Inside is some gold. Now exit and head back to the fireplace and then through the door to the south. crawl through the opening and then up the ladder. Jump off at the 4th floor and then take the next ladder up to the fifth floor.

Reading the New Scripture

Fifth floor

Kitchen

Get off the ladder and hide. A woman will come through. When she leaves run over to the fireplace and KO the servant and then hide the body. When the woman comes back in again KO her and take her purse. Hide her. Another guard patrols through the door near the fireplace frequently. Watch her and when she leaves follow her out and hide in the shadow just to the right of this door. When she comes by KO her and hide her in the kitchen. Now enter the door to the west.

Storage

There is a gold plate in here. Exit back to the kitchen.

Now exit through the south door in the kitchen. A guard is patrolling the E-W hall. Peek around the corner and when he heads away from you take his key and KO him. Hide him. Now head west down down this hall. Use your key to enter the door to the west. head to the back of the room and then make a left around the corner. In the wall is a little metal door. Pick it open. The New Scripture is inside. Read it. There is also a blue chest in here with a healing potion if you want it. Now leave. On your way out you'll notice a little statue that will take off running. Just let him go. Exit out tot he hall and head north into the first room on the left.

KO the guy in here and take the Carlysle Armory key. Exit back to the hall and continue north and enter the last door on the left. Take the guys purse and then KO him. Now exit and peek around the corner. There is one guard in front of a set of double doors and another patrolling in and out of the room here. When the patrolling guard heads down the long hall quickly hit the stationeary guard with a gas arrow and then chase the other one and KO him. Now head east all the way down the hall and then turn left and enter the door to the left. KO the guy in the room around the corner. Pick up the cups on the table and exit the way you came in and enter through the double doors.

Dining Room

There is a cup and bottle in here as well as the fifth voice machine. Listen to it then head back to the e-w hall and go back won it. Turn the corner and head south down this hall. Stop and check out the statue. Click on his eye. This is secret 5. A small door opens and inside is a mine, healing and speed potion and a gas arrow. Now head to the stairs that lead to the 6th floor. head west through the door where you KOd the guy in the large room. Turn the corner and the stairs are up ahead.

Getting the key to Karra's office

6th floor

Flip the switch on the outside of the door and then open it.

Ballroom

There are 4 people in here. The two you have to worry about are the guard and Vilinia, who has the key you need. First work your way to your right toward the sixth and final voice machine. Be sure to stay on the outer edge of the floor. Sneak up to the machine and click on it then sneak up as close as you can get to the guard and Vilinia. Then drink an invisbility potion and get up behind the guard. It is dark in this corner. Listen to them talk. You will learn some helpful information. Then when Vilinia walks away quickly KO the guard and then follow Vilinia out of the room. Once again stay on the out edge. As soon as she gets outside make a little noise and then hide beside the door. When she comes looking for you KO her and take her office key. Now head to the elevator on the other side of the room. Head back to the 5th floor.

Turning off the alarms and getting information on the Cetus Project

5th floor

Karra's office is behind the double doors that was being guarded. But before heading there let's turn off the alarm system which will make your trip back to the Bell Tower very simple. Opposite the fireplace on this floor is a small seemingly empty room. Enter it and turn around. Up high, on the left of the door frame is a switch. Click on it. This is secret 6. A panel will open revealing the cut off switch to the alarm system. Click on it. Now head to Karra's office.

Karra's Office

Enter using the key you took from Vilinia. Listen to the voice machine in here then look under the desk. There is a switch here that will move the painting behind you. Inside is the Cetus Project information. Now you are all done. Head back to the Daytraders and then you need to make a detour. From the balcony on the opposite side of the bank continue forward to the next building. KO the archer that patrols by. Enter the building and then walk downstairs and into the kitchen. There is a woman in here. KO her then put out the fire and climb the ladder. You should recognize the area. The astronomer's loft is up ahead. Now you can continue back to the tower.

Mission 11: Precious Cargo (Expert)

Objectives: Kidnap Cavador, find Lotus, read another entry in the New Scripture, find the pirates treasure and the antique navigational globe.

Equipment:Buy the breath potion. Gas and moss arrows will come in handy also.

Note: Use your equiment wisely because it is all you will be able to take with you to the next mission.

Underground stream

You begin the mission at the underground stream. A guard will come by shortly so back up a bit and hide behind the rocks. KO her when she walks away. Now climb onto the drill and turn it on then off again. Go back to the hole in the rock that the drill is digging out and on the right side is a gem. Now head back west and in the small room is some extra equipment and some reading material. Exit and head down the passage to the north. Follow it until it opens into a large cave.

Long Tom's Wall

Move east and crouch through the opening. Start climbing up the ledges now. You will notice there are vines hanging from the top. You will need to use these to continue your climb. The first one you want heads to a gas arrow. From this vine jump over to the next one. You can see an eye to the west and just around the corner is a guard. When the eye turns away jump under and quickly KO the guard. Thre are two switches. Click on the right one. Jump back to the vine now and continue to climb up then jump to the ledge to the south. Crouch and move west then turn around and climb the rock you just crawled under. Looking up you can see a guard. There are two short climbs to make here and then there will be a vine to your right. Climb up quickly. At the top is a stationery guard and one that patrols all the way out to your position. When the coast is clear jump off and head for the tunnel right in front of you. The stationery guard may come searching for you.When things have quieted down lean out and nail the guards with a gas arrow. Wait until they are close to each other. Now head through the opening you hid in. There is an eye in here. Run under it and then take off the the back of the room. Climb through the opening to the north. Climb the rope up and out of the well. There is a mech guard up here but he isn't working quite right. Jump off the back of the well on to the wooden platform.

Getting the Antique Globe

Old house

Head through the opening to the left and you will arrive at an old house with a guard on the porch. Put out the two torches here then you can walk right up the steps the quard is watching and KO her. Enter the house and then go through the next door in front of you. You are now in a hall. Enter the first room on the right and KO the guard. Enter through the door to the west and grab the purse. There are also some moss arrows in the ceiling. Exit back to where you entered then walk down the hall to the north. Climb the stairs and then head down the hall.

2nd floor

Walk west down the hall and put out the torch. Open the last door on the right and listen to the two guards in here. When they are done talking one will leave through another door. Follow him and KO him then go back to the other guard. Put out the torch in here then sneak up and KO him. Exit back to the hall and look up at the hole in the ceiling. Shoot a vine arrow and climb up. There is a guard up here. Jump off and KO the guard. Take his purse. Now go through the door to the east. Read the note in here then light a flare so you can see. On the floor near the boxes is a switch. Click on it. Secret 1 of 1. Now head back for the hall and walk down it until it ends in a door. Open the door and crawl through the opening. Take the water arrows in here then head through the opening that the switch opened. Inside is the globe and some coins. Now head back to the first floor hall that runs e-w. Go through the door to the left and walk down stairs. Stay to the left of the opening and KO the guard as he wanders by.

Finding Lotus

The Lighthouse

Now from the opening head right and climb the stairs. At the top will be a ladder. Climb half way up and then you'll have to pull yourself up the rest of the way or you'll alert the guy up here. Ko him and take his cold storage key. Now walk all the way back down the stairs and past the opening. On the way you'll notice a large room and inside is a wheel with a missing peg. We're going ot get that. Continue in a circle around the lighthouse until you get to the opening that leads bac to the well. Head back to the wooden platform and this time head south through the opening. The shed is here. Enter it using the key.

Cold Storage

In the back of the shed is Lotus. He will give you the wheel peg. You can put Lotus out of his misery if you like. Now take the peg back to the lighthouse and click it on the wheel. The floor begins to lower.

UnderGround Base

Observation Room

Head west down the hall toward the guard. Be careful because in the room to the left is an eye. Move past it quickly and KO the guard then click on the switch. The Cetus Amicus is revealed. Jump through the opening and into the water. Swim under the Cetus and head left toward the dock. You can surface when you get here. Swim west until you can head right. Follow the dock until it ends at the main cargo storage.

Main Cargo

There is a guard in front of the shed. Get on his left side and climb out. Take his key and quickly KO him. Open the shed and throw him in and get in yourself. Another guard will come wandering by. Take him out also. Inside the shed in a chest is the rust gas. There is also some coins in the other chests. Exit back, in the water, to where you made the right turn to get to main cargo and this time head south.

Old Pirate Shanty

Swim under the shack and through the opening in the bottom. Climb the stairs and at the very top on the ledge is a water and fire arrow. Be careful because the eye below can see you. Enter the door here and then open the next one. There is a guard but you can sneak right up and KO him. Take the 4 storage locker keys. Number 5 is missing. Now exit back down to the hole in the floor and this time walk down the hall.

Subaquatic Post 2

Crouch and stay to the left. Head east. There is a guard in this small area. At the end of the short hall shoot some moss and then head into the room to the right. grab the flashbombs. Now go over to the guard and flash him then KO him. Now head back down the hall and grab the breath and health potion behind the glass. You can also read the note here. It tells you the scripture is in Post 1. Go back down the east hall pull the lever to open the door. Walk down the hall and duck into the dark. There is a guard and a mech guard. The guard will turn around every once in a while. When he does and the coast is clear run up and KO him then hide him. Stay in the dark and put out the worker when his back is to you. Now head north and up the ramp. Throw the lever to number 1 and head back south.

Post #1

A guard patrols the hall up ahead so you'll have to time this. You need to get down the hall and at the end duck into a dark corner to the left. Shoot some moss on the metal floor so the guard doesn't hear you when you try to sneak up on him. KO him as he walks away.

Turning off the eyes and Getting the #5 storage key

From your dark corner move forward and then left down the hall. Follow it until you reach Watcher Control. KO the guy inside and then turn off the eyes. Now head back down the hall to your dark corner and this time head west into a room and then walk down the hall south until it ends in the locker room.

Locker room

Loot the lockers for some good equipment including a breath potion. Now drop down into the water through the hole. The #5 key is in here on the ground. Grab it and then follow the rooms until they lead you to a guard. KO him and grab him when you jump out of the water.

Diving room

Read the note about pirate treasure then walk to the other side of the small wall here. Open the hatch. Jump in and swim for the opening in the bottom of the building ahead.

Getting the Pirate Treasure

Main Pirate Base

Before jumping out, let's get the pirate treasure. From this opening dive south. There will be an opening blocked by some rocks. Move them out of the way. Go back for some breath. Then swim through the tunnel. Follow it all the way up to the ship. Climb out and climb the ramp and then up the stairs. Read the note stuck to the skeleton. Now open the double doors and swim into the flooded room. The pirate chest is just around the corner. Grab the treasure and head out. Before exiting though, you can see a ghost up ahead and he can hurt you. Run quickly back to the water and jump in and head back to the pirate base.

Swim under the shack and through the opening in the bottom. Climb out and put out the torches. The guards above may be alerted but will go back to normal. Exit through the door and head left all the way around the building until you come upon a guard. KO him and hide his body so he doesn't drown. Now enter the building he was guarding. Climb the stairs in here and hide at the top. KO the guard that patrols by. There are 2 guards up ahead so be careful and quick. Now go back down stairs and back to the room in the first building that you first entered. Grab the coins off the table then quietly climb the stairs in here. Stay in the dark because the 2 guards you saw just a moment ago are here. When they turn there backs you can KO them both.

Reading the New Scripture

Head west over the bridge and into the side of the rock. It leads to water. Jump in and swim. Follow the passage and when it opens up the scripture is to the left near the bed. Read it and get out. Remember to always have your breath potion handy.

Boarding the Cetus Amicus

Now head north into the other building and head down the stairs and then down the next flight of stairs that lead you back to outpost 1. Exit the outpost and head right. you'll pass the mech guard you took out earlier. head n-e into a large room filled with crates. Find a dark corner and KO the guard that comes in. Now walk up the ramp and follow the short passage that will lead you to the front of the Cetus. Jump in and stay on the right side. Swim all the way to the back of the ship. There will be a ladder here. there is a guard on the deck. When he walks away climb up the ladder and onto the boat. You can't knock him out because he is wearing a helmet. You may need some moss here. Stand to the right of the ladder so he can't see you and when he walks away head through the hatch. Shut it behind you.

Reading the Captains Log

Cetus Amicus

Climb down the ladder to the bottom floor. Open the door to the right and gas the two guards in here. Now head through the door to the left of the ladder. Check out lockers 1 and 2. Use the storage locker keys to get in. Now head back to the ladder and climb part way up. Once again you need to pull yourself onto the deck. Stand to the side and open the door. There is a guard that wanders in and out. You need to time this. When you think he is heading away KO him. Take the gold vase in the room and head through the next door and then through the next one. Walk to the other side of this room and enter the door here. On the left is the capt. quarters and the log.

Getting out

Now head back down to the storage lockers. Walk through the area with lockers 1-3 and into the one with 4 and 5. Open number 5 and get in and the mission ends.

Mission 12: Kidnap (Expert)

Objectives: Kidnap Cavador and read the New Scripture

Equipment: You don't get to buy anything again. You only get to take what's left from the last mission. Hopefully you weren't wasteful.

Outside

Head north up the incline and the right through the first opening you come to. There is a large building in front of you. The entrance is guarded so you need to climb in through the window. Under the window is a small outcropping of rocks. Use them to climb through the window.

Inside building

You are now at the end of a long hall and further inside a mech guard is patrolling and two guards are upstairs. Walk down the hall carefully toward the entrance of the interior of the building. When you hear the mech guard pass run in and then head to your left into the first bedroom. It is nice and dark in here. Wait in the doorway for the mech and then put him out when he comes by. On the second floor you can hear a guard patrolling. She will walk over a loud metal catwalk. Look up and when her back is to you head north into the next bedroom. Now head into the last bedroom on this side when you can. In here are some water arrows and flashmines and two vases. Also a scouting orb if you want it.

Once again, when you hear the guard on the catwalk wait til her back is to you then head for the stairs to the north. Hug the wall, crouch and stay in the shadow. Get up as far as you can on the stairs. Two guards will walk past you and then split off in different directions. When you hear the guard on the catwalk again the other guard will pass you. Jump out and KO him. Take his key. Hide him quickly then get back to the stairs and get the other guard when she comes by. Now it is clear up here.

2nd floor

Head back downstairs and loot the bedrooms on the west side then head back upstairs and to the east side of the building. There is a fire arrow in the boiler area and in the last room up here is a water arrow. Now go to the rooms on the west side. Once again the last room has a water arrow. Use your key to get into the middle room for some excellent equipment. Head back to the hall and head north into the boiler on this side. Take the south stairs down.

1st floor

Go through this storage area and then through the bedroom. Follow the hall until it opens into a large room. There is a mech worker patrolling down here but he's not hard to avoid. In this room in the chest is a noisemaker. Now head into the opposite bedroom. In here is a map for the KD site and a healing potion. enter the next room. There is another papyrus in here but don't read it or you'll trigger Cavador to leave and then you'll have to chase after him. There are two switches on the wall. Flip them to open the gate to the site. You're done in here. Head back to the passageway you began in.

Outside

Turn left at the opening and follow the passage to the entrance of the KD site.

KD site

Move west and climb the ramp. Follow it until you reach two guards chatting. Stay in the dark and wait until they are done talking. When the area is empty. Head down the ramp and forward toward the sign for sites 1,2 and 6. Head up this ramp and duck into the first building on the right. Upstairs is an invisibility potion. Now go back down and wait for a guard to come by. KO him and then hide him. Continue west again following the sign for sites 1,2 and 6. You'll make a left and then right and continue again. Move slowly and put out the first torch on you right. Two guards are up ahead and one will come down this passage. Wait for him and then KO him. Take his purse. There is an opening almost opposite the torch you put out that you want to take but first head toward the other guard up ahead. Ko him now to save some time later. Hide him. Now head back to the southern passage. Climb the ramp that says site 4. Follow it all the way until you reach the building that says site 2.

Walk down the stairs of this building. On the ledge is the New Scripture. There is also some some things to find up here is you want to look around. When you're done exit back out.

We are going to get Cavador now. He is in site 5. We'll get there via site 6. Head south and down the ramp. You want to follow the train tracks. Unfortunately, this area is heavily guarded. Put out the torch up here and wait. At least one guard will come by. KO her. Head down into the area and there is a very nice spot under the tracks that is dark. It's right at the point it makes a left turn. Just wait here and KO the guards one by one. Take them up and out of this area so they aren't seen. When it is finally quiet folow the tracks again. They will wind east. Follow the sign that saays site 4. The tracks head nrth then east. Eventually you will run into a mountain. From here head left. Hug the wall and you will run into an opening. There is a switch on the wall that will open one of these blocked buildings. Secret 1 of 1. Inside it is a mine. In the next room is a green tapestry. Continue north and up the rock past the ramp. Continue forward until you reach the large open area with the obelisk. This is where we started.

Once again, take the ramp indicating sites 1,2 and 6. Follow it past the southern passage you took last time into the open area. This is where you KOd the guard earlier. Follow the sign for site 6 up the ramp. Continue forward until you reach the 4 way sign. There is an arrow pointing out site 5. There are two guards in this area so just stay in the dark until you get them. Now follow the arrow until you reach site 5.

Kidnapping Cavador

Site 5

Make sure the area is clear. There is an eye around the corner. Quickly run under it and then your safe. Pick the locks to the double doors and stay in the doorway here. At th end of the hall is an eye that you are going to have to run past quickly. There is also a guard up ahead. When you see him walking away from you take off past the eye. Continue forward. There will be a short set of stairs and at the bottom to the left is a nice dark hallway. Wait for the guard to come back through then KO him.

Now continue down the north hall. The first room on the right has some loot in it. Head back to the hall. Farther down on the left is a metal door. Enter the room and KO the sleeping guard. Take her purse and there is a flashbomb in the chest. Exit to the right and walk down the hall until you can make a left. Continue forward until you reach the stairs. Climb up.

2nd floor

At the top turn east and enter the first room on hte left. Shoot out the torch in the n-s hall. From this doorway you can open the door across the hall. Enter the room and KO the two guards sleeping inside. There is a gold nugget in the chest. Open the door on the north side of the room and put out the torch. Step out quietly. There is a guard and an eye here. This will take timing. Jump out quickly and KO the guard and then hide again if the eye spotted you. Now run toward the eye and to the aread to the right. Stay in the dark. Open the door here. Cavador is inside as well as 3 guards. One is patrolling and another is wearing a helmet. When the patrolling guard comes by hit him with a gas arrow and then nail the helmeted guard with a gas arrow in the back. Then run in and KO the remaining guard and then KO Cavador.

Escaping with Cavador

Grab the candlesticks in the windows and take Cavadors diary. Now open the door and grab Cavador. Head outside the building to where you first entered. Don't worry about the eyes spotting you because there is no one in the area left to hear. Once back outside head to the left. Follow the passage. When you reach the lava head right and keep going until you reach the stairs. Don't take them. Instead head right until you see a sign pointing to site 3. Head in this direction.

Take the first left and follow this passage east. You will have to walk around a large rock and then continue east again. Stop in the shadow ahead and wait for a guard to come by. KO him. Now head up the incline toward the sign that says site 1.

From here head left (west). There is some equipment int he rooms that you pass. Eventually you will come to an area with some guards talking down below. Continue following the path. There's a tapestry along the way and some water arrows. You will arrive at a bridge but don't cross it. Instead head left through the passage. Up ahead is an eye around the corner as well as a torch. Lean out and put out the torch and then continue on following the path. It will lead out to a rocky area. Head west to the bottom of this rocky path then east until you reach a sign indicating site 9. Head in this direction.

Enter the site and head north. You are in a building now. Up ahead is an eye which you can take out with a fire arrow. Now follow the rooms west and upstairs. Keep going up. You will reach a point where you can go left or right. Go left and follow the roms all the way out. The mission is complete.

Mission 13:Casing the Joint (Expert)

Objectives: Find and operate the secret staircase. Find 7 secrets and map half the mansion. You also need to find some kind of correspondence from Gervasius.

Equipment:Moss and water arrows are about all you need to get through this mission.

Before getting into the mansion, if you would like a little extra loot, there are two guards out here with purses. Follow the building around and when you reach the first guard peek around the corner. When his back is turned pick his pocket and get behind the building again. Now if you hug the wall, you can walk right past this guard and to the other side of the mansion. Pick the pocket of the guard over here then head back to your starting position.

Getting Inside

Garden

From your starting position in the pool, there are 3 coins. Head n-w toward the shed and crates. Use the crates to climb onto the shed. There is a switch on the wall. Click on it. Secret 1. A door opens leading inside the mansion. Enter and head east through the curtain.

Chapel

Once inside, head into the little room in the back to the west to add it to the map. On the alter are 2 coins and just to the right on the window sill is another coin. Now continue east through the chapel and then through the door.

Sitting Room

On the table as you enter is a coin. And two coins on the table in front of the fireplace. Put out the torch by the door and then wait for the guard to come through. Take his purse. When he exits go through the same door he does. Make sure the hall is empty then head east toward the double doors. Put out the torch before opening them because there is an eye on the other side. Open them and stay in the dark. You want to go through the first door on your right in this hall. Do it quickly.

Office

Once inside, hide in a closet for a minute in case anybody heard you. By the plant on the east wall nearest the door (I think) is a coin. On the south wall by the tapestry is a switch. Click on it and a secret passage will open behind the curtain to your left. Secret 2. Go through it.

Secret passage

Head north a short distance in this hall and then through the open door on the right.

Workshop

This is the workshop. From here exit through the east door and into another room with a control panel. You can cut off the power to some of the eyes in here. Flip the middle switch to the down position and the top switches to the off position. These control the eyes. The bottom ones control the turrets and they must be in the up position. Be careful. A couple guards could wander through. On the desk in here are two coins and on the ledge by the control panel is another coin. Now you want to exit through the north door to the hall. Open it up and peek outside. When the coast is clear head for the door across the hall and to the n-e.

Once inside this area stay in the darkness of the door and when you know it's safe head north til you reach the double doors. A guard may wander through. Take his purse if he does. It is dark in this area. Open up the doors to the foyer and you will here a conversation between Foreman Hoover and a guard. This is when you learn that the scret passage you are looking for is controlled by a clock and that the piece to operate the clock is in a toolbox that is missing. When the conversation is over, Hoover will come in and head for the ballroom. When she is gone head for the ballroom yourself. Open the door and then leave. This will add the ballroom to your map. Now head back to the double doors leading to the foyer. Open them up and make sure no one is wandering through. There is a guard on the other side but his back is turned.

Getting the Cuckoo

Foyer

Once inside the foyer move to your left behind a pillar that creates a nice shadow. You are heading for the door north.

When all is clear head through it and then quickly through the double doors to the right. At the base of the stairs is a short hall that ends in a pillar. At the base of the pillar is a switch that opens a secret room Secret 3. There's nothing here now but there will be in the next mission. Now exit back to the outside hall and turn right. Hide the dark between two pillars. You may need to use some moss. A guard will wander by. Snatch his purse, if you haven't already. When he's safely gone continue north through the archway toward the tapestry. At the tapestry make a right turn and follow the hall until you reach a door to the right. Inside this room there is a coin. Exit back to the tapestry now. Slash it and click on the switch that has been revealed. Secret 4. Enter the passage to the left and shut the door behind you.

Head west until you reach the first door to your left. Inside is the bath and there is a coin sitting on a ledge and a coin on the sink in the bathroom.

Continue down the hall again and then south down a short passage. The door on the left is the servant's quarters.

Servant's Quarters

In the bedroom are a couple chests. The one on the left has a stack of coins.The one on the right has a stack of silver. Exit back to the hall.

The other door leads to the kitchen but we'll enter from another direction. For now head west again to the end of the hall. Open the door and enter the outer hall. Make a left and then another left into another control room. Shut off the eyes. Beware of the patrolling guards.

Kitchen

To the east is the kitchen. Inside it are 3 bottles and 2 sacks sitting on a shelf. Once your done in here head back to the secret passage and this time continue west to the window. Enter the door to the left and climb the stairs.

2nd floor North side

Exit out to the hall and head east. In this wall ahead you can see the outline of a secret door. To open it, head south down the hall and on the lower left of the archway is a switch. Click on it. Secret 5.

There is an eye in this e-w passage but if you want there are 3 coins in the bedroom just to the east. Alternately, you can wait until you've turned off the eyes in these halls and then come back. You can pickpocket the guard that comes through also.

Now head east down this secret passageway. Take the first passage to the south. Click on the switch to the left to open the doors. The first one on the right is a room with another control panel. Enter and turn off the eyes. Before leaving, check behind the right side of the couch for a coin. Now exit back to the south hall and enter the room on the other side.

Trophy Room

Inside there is a chest with a noisemaker and there are a couple coins sitting on a table. Inside the closet, above the door to the left is a switch that will open. Secret 6. This will lead you to the dining room.

Dining room

Just to the left of the curtain on a table are a couple of coins. Exit back to the passage.

Continue east and it will wind south and then ends. Open the door. To the left is an eye and a guard may come by. Quickly head left, toward the eye and then north down the hall. The hall turns east and at the end on the right is a control panel. Shut off the eyes. Now head back west then south.

Before walking out to the main hall make sure no one is coming then continue south west into the office.

North Office

Put out the torch in case the guard wanders through. There are two coins on the desk.

Now exit back to the hall and make a right and then another right so that you are heading south. Go through the door and continue to the right hugging the wall. There will be a dark corner along the way. Wait here until a guard comes by. Take his purse then continue to the other side of the balcony. The toolbox with the cuckoo is here. Grab it and then get back to your corner. The guard will wander by again. When he's gone, head down the west hall that ends in double doors.

Ballroom 2nd floor

Crouch and go through, shutting them behind you. Stay in the corner until you see Hoover go by below then head s-w until you reach a door. Go through it and you'll be in a small, well lit room.

2nd floor south side

Open the door in here and head straight across to the next door. Go through it. There is another control panel in here. Turn off the eyes. There is a coin sitting on the ledge. Now head through to the next room.

Here's another loot note. If you exit back to the main hall, just to the left is a coin right beside the turret.

In this adjoining room, behind the first curtain is a chest with a healing potion. There are 3 coins sitting on a table on the far side. The middle curtain leads to a secret e-w passage. The switch is on the lower right. Secret 7.

Before entering, if you go out the main door to the hall and then straight across into the next room you'll be in an office.

South office

To the left on the floor under the chair in the corner is a coin. Grab it and get back to the secret passage.

Head west all the way to the end and around the corner. Open the door here.

Bar

Inside, on a table by the main door are 2 coins. Now exit to the secret passage again. There is a purse on the guard outside and 2 coins on the window sill next to this door and 2 more coins on the bar itself.

Head all the way east toward the door. You can hear the voices of ghosts in the room beyond.

Freeing the ghosts and finding correspondence from Gervaisius

Library

Open the door. You are going to need to find five letters four letters quickly. You may be under attack so move quickly. The first one is in the bookshelf to your right as you first enter. The second is on a table in front of the fireplace. Turn around and head to the window. The third is sitting on a ledge here. Turn around again and head all the way past the fireplace to the other side. The fourth letter is on the shelf to your left at the end. Finally, exit out to the aisle and make a right. Go down two bookshelves and enter. At the end on the left is another book. Grab it and a secret door will open. Secret 8. Enter the room that just opened to find the bodies of Giles and Lorna. The ghosts are now gone. Now head upstairs. The staircase is behind the fireplace to the right. Head east down the aisle and then left. Head south until you can make another left. Now head west to the end of this aisle. Pick up the coins on the pedestal. To the right is the correspondence you are looking for. Back downstairs are 2 coins in front of the fireplace and 1 coin in the windowsill.

Finding the secret passage

Head downstairs. Pass the elevator and head for the door. Open it up and you are in a hallway. There's a clock here. Click the cuckoo on the clock, set the clock to 12:00 and the secret passage will open. Secret 9. There's not much you can do upstairs right now but if you go up and look around the corner at the end of the hall, you'll see a secret door open. This will come in handy in the next mission.

Getting out

To get out you need to get back to the foyer and out the front doors. Exiting the way you came in won't work. Head back to the bar and then through the doors to the hall. From here climb the steps to the left. You are now in the ballroom. head through the double doors to the north. From this area head downstairs and through the door to the south. Head left through the double doors and back into the office and into the secret passage and into the workshop. From here exit to the hall and then into the area between the ballroom and the foyer. Exit into the foyer. Shoot a noisemaker.The guard in front of the entrance will follow the noise. This will give you plenty of time to lockpick the door and get out. You may want to pick his pocket before shooting off the noisemaker.

Mission 14:Masks (Expert)

Objective: To steal 3 precursor masks and the cultivator. You must also steal 2800 in loot.

Equipment:Get at least one gas arrow and lots of moss and water arrows.

Outside

You find yourself in the pool again at the start of the mission. Your first goal is to get back to the secret passage. We'll collect some loot along the way. Get back inside the mansion via the shed.

Inside

In the back room of the chapel is a healing potion. Continue through the chapel and into the sitting room. There are two bedrooms in here. The one on the right contains a chest with a purse (L 50). The one on the left also contains a chest with a ring (L125 T-175) and it also has two people in it. This is where the gas arrow comes in handy. Once you're done in here head out to the hall and to the left. Go through the door across the hall.

Storage

Inside here is a chest with a plate (L 100 T 275). Now exit here to the left and through the double doors and then into the office again.

Office

Open the secret passage again and enter it. There is a chest here with a purse. (L 75 T 350) Now enter the workshop.

Workshop

Ko the woman in the workshop. Inside one of the closets is a chest with a gem. (100 T 450). Now go through the door to the east. You'll need to lockpick the doors.

There is a control panel in here. Turn off the eyes. Head north through the door and either KO the guard or wait for him to pass. Now head east then north around the corner. Enter the door to the foyer. The only guard in the area is the one patrolling the balcony. Head to the door on the other side of the room and through it.

North side

Once again, there is a guard in the area so hide to the side and take him out. Now lockpick the double doors and click on the secret switch you found in the last mission.

Now inside the room is a chest with some coins (L 125 T-575).

Continue on to the tapestry and slash it. Click on the switch and enter the secret passage. Skip the bathroom this time and head for the kitchen in the southern passage. Cut through to the control panel and turn off the eyes. Now head back to the secret passage and continue to the end. Open the door. There is a guard in the hall to the left so either jump across to the carpet or shoot some moss. It is also possible to sneak right up beside him and KO him. Continue down the hall that leads to the stairs to the second floor and enter the door to the left. Climb the stairs.

2nd floor

Lockpick the door and make sure no one is coming. Open the secret passage the same way as before and enter.

Head east until you reach the southern passage. The chest at the end holds a ring (100 T-675). Once again enter the door on the left. Enter and shut off the eyes. In the closet is a flashbomb. In the other room the the east is a purse (20 T-695). Exit back to the hall and then into the room across the way.

Trophy Room

On the table is a stack of coins (20 T 715). There is a purse ( 75 T-790) in the closet. There is a noisemaker in the chest. Exit back to the hall and then east again. Stop at the dining room on the way. There are 3 candlesticks in here. (150 T-940).

Head back to the bedroom area. Inside is a guy. KO him. ON the desk is a stack of silver coins (25 T-965) and in the closet is a gem (100 T-1065). Now head back down the secret passage to the end. Peek out and when the eye is looking away run into the hall to the north and crouch. Shoot some moss onto the floor to the right and duck into the shadow. Lean out and when the guard in the room turns his back head for the control panel. Shut off the eye then head back to the door that leads to the foyer. Wait for the guard in this outer hall to head away then jump out and KO him. Now enter the office.

Office

Inside the safe is some loot (150 T-1215) and a purse (25 T-1240).

Remember there is a guard up here so be prepared. KO him then continue to the other side of the foyer. Go through the door and head immediatley to the left. Put out the torch then continue to follow the hall to the other side. you are now at the clock but first do a little looting since you have a quota to meet.

Office

There is loot in two of the chests in the closets. Both have nuggets (200 T-1440)

Conservatory sitting room

There is a coin T-1460) on the other couch is a ring (60 T-1520)

Conservatory

There is a purse (25 T1545) on the table on the stage. Head west down the passage and then around the corner. Open the door.

Bar

KO the servant inside. There is a stack of coins (12 T1557) behind the bar and a purse (25 T1582) on the other side on the bar itself. In the little room is a water arrow. Head back to the passage then east to the library.

Head through the library to the secret passage. Climb the stairs to the third floor.

Getting the masks

3rd floor

Once at the third floor check out the guards room for some coins (60 T-1642). Remember there was a secret passage that was open earlier. Find the switch on the north wall then enter the secret passage. Secret 1. Put out the torch in here then open the next door. Shoot some moss on the floor if you need to then KO the guard that is patrolling in here. To the west are two offices.

Office

Lockpick the doors and enter the study. Upstairs in the chest is a purse (100 T-1742) and a tiara (175 T-1917) on the bed. On the first floor on the right side of the desk is a switch that opens a secret passage. Secret 2. This leads to the other office. Head over there.

Office 2

There is a pair of glasses (50 T-1967) on the chair upstairs and under the desk is a switch that opens a secret room in the other office. In it is a chest with a purse. (200 T-2167) Now exit the office and head for the doubles doors to the north in the foyer at the top of the stairs.

Terrarium

There is a moss arrow in the middle of the room. Head for the door on the other side of the room. When you open the door immediately head for the wall to the left so that you aren't seen by the eye.

Quickly run past the eye to the door to the north. The guard will hear you. When he comes to investigate flashbomb him and KO him. Now enter the first door to the left.

Control Room

Shut off the eyes and pick up the coins (60 T-2227) off the desk. There is a secret in here but heck if I can find it.

Getting the Masks

Now let's get the masks. Head back to the foyer. We'll get the mask in the blue room first. The alarm is in the north corner of the room. Use your lockpick then turn off the alarm. You'll know you have the right one if the blue light goes out.

Now to get the mask. Go over to the door to the north. Shoot a vine on one side or the other into the ceiling above. Climb up then jump over to the overhang. There is an opening here over the door. Crouch and head north through it. Follow the hall to the west. The blue rooms are the second and third ones on the right. At the first one, follow the rafter through the opening and drop down to the floor. Grab the precursor mask (50 T-2277) and the other masks in the room. (200 T-2477) Now shoot another arrow and climb back up. Head to the next room and grab the masks in here. Shoot another arrow to get out.

Head back to the foyer and turn off the red light this time. The alarm is in the Southwest corner. Now do the same thing but on the south side. The red rooms are the second and third rooms on the left. Grab the precursor mask (50 T-2527) and the other masks (200 T-2627) in the room and the other room and get back to the foyer.

Now turn off the alarm to the green rooms. This is the remaining alarm. The green rooms are the first rooms in either hall. Get the precursor mask (50 T-2677) and the others masks (200 T-2777) and head back to the foyer.

Getting the cultivator

From here use the rafters again to the north and then head west to the very end. Put out the torch and drop down. Take out the guard and mech then lock pick the double doors. There is an archer patrolling in front of this door. Make sure you are in a shadow then KO him. Climb the stairs to the south and put out the mech from up here. Now head down and get the cultivator and exit.

To get some final loot go back to the second floor and use a gas arrow to take out the guard in his room. In the chest is a purse (100 T-2877).

Now work your way back to the foyer the same way as the last mission and out the front door.

Mission 15: Sabotage at Soulforge

Objectives: you need to get the guiding beacon blueprints so you can make one yourself. Then you need to adjust seven of eight beacons to use signal B. Then get the heck out.

Equipment: I bought an invisibility potion, all the water and moss.

Bay A

When you begin the mission you will be seen by an electric eye and Karras will start talking to you over the loadspeaker. Just start heading north. You will eventually reach a ramp in front of a large statue. Notice the machinery in this area because you will be coming back to it. At the top of the ramp, head either left or right around the wall.

Southern Apse

Once on the other side head north again following the trail of plants. Hug the wall on the left because it's darker. Up ahead you can see a torch. Put it out then get into the dark corner. Eventually two mech warriors will come by. You need to put both of them out or you will see them again and then it will be very difficult. Just wait for them to pass then hit them with water. Shoot them both so they stop then nail them with a second arrow.

Note: Be sure not to waste any water arrows or mines. There is still at least 4 more mechs to go before you will get a chance to manufacture more mines and you want at least 4 water arrows and a mine for the upcoming battles. You can use your frogbeasts to take out one of them but this can be difficult.

There are still two guards in the area so keep an eye out for them and a couple mech guards. Continue north and you will reach a metal pedestal. From here head to the right. You will be in a circular area. Follow it until you reach an opening.There is a dark area as you go through this doorway. You will probably encounter a guard so hang out here and KO him. When all is quite continue north hugging the wall on the right so the mech warrior up ahead doesn't see you. Stay to the right of the archway leading to the next area. When you reach the other side of the room climb the stairs and hide in the corner. It's dark here. Hang out until another mech warrior comes through. Put him out. Look up and you will see a grate. Shoot an arrow up there and then climb up. Jump across to the ledge. Follow it until you reach a window that is over the doorway. Climb through. Below you can see an eye and the mech warrior. From the window, head right along the ledge. On the other side of the room you can see another opening. Head over there. Crouch and drop down to the ground. To the left are two storage rooms. When the mech is heding away run over to the first one and pick the lock.

Now exit this room and head over to the second storage room.

Now exit but before you do, peek out the window. A mech spider may be wandering by. When all is clear, exit and head north through one of the two doors. Once inside here, pick the locks of the double doors to the east. Once inside shut them behind you.

Plans Room

There is an opening to your right with a guard inside. You must take her out. It's very dark so crouch, being careful not to step on the metal ground. She is in the first office area. If you are very careful you can sneak right up beside her and KO her. Once she is out of the way go back to the large area. Walk down the stairs in the center of the room. Pick up the key and the guiding beacon directions and blueprints. Once this is done, open up the metal doors that surround the area. You will find very helpful blueprints inside. Especially the one for the mines. When this is done you need to get up onto the ledge that is above these metal doors. To do that, head back to the opening that lead to the room with the guard. Look up and you will see a grate. Shoot an arrow into the part of the grate that is closest to the ledge. Climb up. It's a difficult jump and I don't know that I have anything helpful to tell you about making it. Just make sure you have a good angle and that you keep the jump key pressed in case you catch it you can pull yourself up. When you finally accomplish this task, there is a lever in the first window to the left on the other side of the ledge on the left side. Jump and click on it. The floor of the plans room will open revealing a secret room. Jump down from the ledge and into the room. Click on the switch on the wall to open a gate in the Northern Apse. Secret 1. Now head north down the passage. Use a flare if you can't see. There is a switch to the left. Click on it then climb up the ladder and out. There is a frogbeast egg in the plants. Take it. Now you want to head all the way back to the southern apse. Be careful along the way. You will probably encounter at least three spiders. Just stay in the shadows when they are around and you'll be fine. Once through the soouthern apse use the elevator to your left and take it up to Bay C.

Creating the beacon

Bay C

According to the directions, you need to drop the signal bolt in the bellowing machine at the top. Use the R key to do this. The stage 1 piece will appear at the bottom.

Bay A

Now head to Bay A. This is the area you started in. The rolling machine is on your left. Drop the stage 1 piece in the top and just to the right of the ladder is a place you can drop a steel plate into. Use a flare if it's to dark for you to see. Go around to the north side and press the little red button. The stage 2 piece now emerges from the machine. Grab it and head to Bay B.

Bay B

This is where you can make the beginnings of a mine and you will need them. Use the elevator to get up. A spider will probably come after you so have your fire arrows ready. You'll need to hit it with two of them. When he's out of the way you can make your mine bulbs. Follow the mine blueprint. When your done, head back down.

We are heading for Bay D now to make the stage 3 piece and to finish making mines. Head through the southern apse and then make a left toward Bay D. Follow the circular room around until it open into another small area. Go through the opening in here and head west to the other side of the large room. Go through the archway and into a dark area. To the north are two smaller archways. If you look through the right one you can see another opening immediately to the right. A mech guard is waiting here. There is also another in this area and still a third further into Bay D. You want to save a mine for him. But first let's get these two. There are two ways. First you can fire a noisemaker down the long room to the north and when they go looking for you put them out with water or use your frogs. If you're lucky one will kill the other and then you can put out the remaining one with water. When you are done with them enter the room to the right.

Bay D

There are two mech guards in here and if they see you they will notify the mech warrior. I would suggest finding a nice dark place and then letting them see you. Hide again and then when the mech comes looking for you you can toss a mine at him. When he's out of the way you will be free to do what you need to in here.

To make the stage 3 piece, drop the bantom node and gauge into the linking machine on the east side. There is a ladder you can climb up so you can drop the objects in. You need to push the activating button now but first since we have to make the mines one at a time we might as well get one done now. Head to the sealing machine on the other side. There are two bins to drop objects into. On one side drop the mine bulb and the other drop a steel plate. Now head back to the linking machine where there is a pool of water. Look up. There's a grate up here. Shoot an arrow into and climb up. Jump across to the ledge and then through the opening. Follow the short hall grabbing the key along the way. Use it to open this door.

You are now in a circular area. To get to the activation buttons head to the right. There is another metal door here that you can open with the key. Enter and follow the hall out to a platform. The control panels are here. Hit both buttons. You can see the regulating round pop out and on the other side is your mine. Ride the elevator here down and go get them both.

Now to get the stage three piece, drop the regulating round and and stage 2 piece into the bins that you dropped the objects to make the mines into. Now head back to the control panel and hit the sealing button. Go back and get your stage 3 piece. Before you go any further finish making your mines and then check out storage locker 3 on the east side. There are more parts in here for making mines. I would suggest you go make some more. When your ready to continue climb back up the vine and back into the round area. Before going any further, there is a healing fountain in the center of this area. Just follow the room around until you find an opening.

Creating the guiding beacon

Now we need to get to Bay E to make the beacon. The entrance you need is just past the doorway leading to the platform to Bay D. Follow this passage and you will end up on a platform above Bay E. There are at least 3 mechs that you need to get rid of. First, let the eye see you then duck back into the shadows. The mechs will come looking for you. When they do throw your mines at them. It souldn't take more then three hopefully less than that. When they are out of the way, the rolling machine is to the right, so climb down the ladder and head over to it. Take out the annoying eye as you go by. Drop the stage 3 piece in the bin and then pull the lever. Out pops the guiding beacon.

Placing the guiding beacon

On the backside right of the machine is a switch that will open a short cut for you. Click on it and then head out the opening. This should look familiar to you. Cut through the large room again and into the darker area. Then head all the way north through the double doors until you can't go any further. Now head east. The floor is metal and there is a mech guarding in here so shoot some moss on the ground. Continue east into a room and then head north in this small area then head east again.

Northern Apse

Stand in the darkness of this archway then head north through the opening. Once inside here there is an elevator to the right. Ride it up.

Upper area

Place the beacon in signal slot B then head through the metal door. Climb the ladder and once on the top pull the lever here. Your first signal is adjusted.

Adjusting the second signal

Now ride the elevator back down. From here exit to your right and hide in the shadow by the doorway. To the north is an opening. A guard patrols back and forth. When he heads back east run in behind him and across from the double doors is a nice little hiding spot. Now as he heads back and forth run over and lockpick the doors. Keep doing this until you get inside the room. When you do close the doors behind you. There is a control box here that turns on the lights. There is a ramp that heads down. Go down until you emerge at the top of another ramp. In this very large room are two guards, one mech guard and one mech warrior. To your right is an elevator down that will take you to the second signal and way on the other side of this large one is the third signal. If you time it all properly you won't need to use any equipment. When the coast is clear head down the ramp and toward the elevator to the right. The pillars provide excellent shadows. Take the elevator down. Head all the way forward until you reach a ramp to your left. To the right is the direction we want but first we'll turn off the lights. Head up the ramp and follow the rooms until you reach a chest and a light switch. Turn off the lights then head back to the hall I mentioned before. There is an eye at the end of the hall but it can't see you. Head down until you reach the metal door on the right. Enter and jump into the water. There are two water arrows in here. Continue forward and then right through a small tunnel. There are two more water arrows here. Head west now and look down until you see an opening you can swim through. Swim into it and follow the tunnel until you emerge in another room. It's dark but there is a ladder to the north. Climb out and to the right is a lever that will turn out the lights. To the west of the ladder you just climbed up is another ladder. Climb part way up this one and then pull yourself up the rest of the way because you will land on a metal grate. From here turn to the north. You can see an eye and there is a guard on a ramp. First, carefully walkup behind the guard. Shoot some moss onto the floor and then drop down beside him. KO him. Now under the eye is a shut off switch. Head over to it and click on it. On the other side of the room is a turret and near it is another ladder Climb up. Climb up the next ladder and then ride the elevator up and adjust the switch. When you are done head all the way back out through the water and up the elevator.

3rd signal

Now that you are back in this large room the signal is on the other side of the room. Use the pillars to hide behind and follow the guards over there. They are in different positions but they should be walking so that you can follow them. If you put out the mech it will alert the guards so be careful if you decide to do it. Once you are over to the elevator ride it up and switch the signal then ride the elevator back down. Once at the bottom there is a dark spot to the side. Once again follow the guards. Shoot some moss on the metal floor if you need to. They don't circle the entire room so once you are on the far side you should be clear to head over to the ramp. Peek around and when all is clear run up and out to the room above.

4th signal

From here head out of the room to the east.

Vat Room

Head through this office to the east then stand in the doorway. To the south is a guard standing beside the elevator you need and there is an eye in front of you. If you hug the wall on the right the eye wo't see you and the guard will do alot of talking but won't react. You can sneak right up beside him and then put him out. Ride the elevator up. Cross the metal floor and go through the metal door then ride the elevator up and adjust the signal now head back to the doorway leading into the vat room.

5th signal

From this doorway head to your left and then right around the large vat. Up ahead to the east is the machine room and the elevator to the 5th signal.

Machine Room

Once inside the doorway to the machine room shoot some moss on the metal floor and then step in aways. There are 3 rows of machines and a mech in each row. The room to the right is indentical. The elevator is behind a gate and you must press two buttons to get it to open. You should be able to see the first one. It is in the middle row and to the left. Each machine creates a nice little shadow in between rows. So this will take timing. If you were to try to destroy them you would just alert every mech in the building. When the mech in this first row passes you quickly head left and in between the machines. Wait and when you have the opportunity jump out and hit the switch then get back to your spot then get back to the doorway. Now you need to get to the other room. The switch in here is in the same spot just on the opposite machine. When the mech passes to your left run to your right toward the room. The doorway here provide lots of darkness. From here follow the mech on your right and then jump in the doorway. Now do the same thing to get the switch in here. Now work your way back to the other room. The gate is on the far side on the north. Ride the elevators up and switch the signal then head back to vat room.

6th Signal

From the vat room head west to the room straight across from the machine room. Not the one you first entered. In here are three pipes with ladders and a patrolling mech. There is probably also a spider wandering around. From this room head south and then west again. This is the barracks.

Barracks

There is an eye in here. To the west is an opening. Run in here and then get into a shadow. Continue west toward the room that has flashing lights. Enter through the far door on the right. When you have the opportunity head to the doorway to the north. You want to continue to the north until you dead end. Unfortunatley, thre are two mechs in the outer room. First run under the press, quickly. Then jump onto the conveyor belt trying to avoid the flames. From here run quickly north and to the left is a ladder. Climb up and then slide down the chute. Head through the next room then head north until you reach another opening to the west. Continue until you reach a long hall ending in double doors. Go through them and up the elevator. Adjust the signal then head back down and down the hall until you reach a lever on the right.

Signal 7

Flip the lever and a door opens. head down it and then open the next door using the lever. In here, turn right. There is a pit of lava seperating you from the other side of the room and the signal. There is also a mech. Hug this wall and head toward the pit. On the right will be a button that will move a platform to the other side where you need to be. Get on the platform and press the button. You will head west. When it stops get off and hide in this dark area. You want to continue west so when the mech passes you head for the bushes and then into the opening on the right at the end of the room. Ride the elevator up and adjust the signal then head down. Now it's time to get out.

Escape route

Head east when the mech has passes. On the right, under the light, is another button. Press it and another platform will arrive. Walk across and head all the way east until you can turn right. Follow this short hall into a large round room with a fire blazing off and on in the center. the middle is metal and there are four guards patrolling. Pick a nice dark spot and wait for the guards. As the last one in the group heads away from you KO him and then hide him in the shadow of the little hall then head back and continue this processes until they are all gone. Now follow this circular room all the way around to the other side. Enter the room with the flashing lights to the north. You want to exit into the room just outside the barracks to the east. Once in here, head south through the barracks and then west. There is a very long hall stretching to the south. This would be an excellent time to drink your invisibility potion. Drink it and run all the way to the south and then to the left. From here work your way all the way back to the beginning and out the doors.
